Special Containment Procedures:SCP- is to remain on the altar of the main chamber of the temple complex where the Object originated from. Containment-Site-__ was built around the complex, surrounding it completely.

Description:This Object is a transparent pale-blue crystal in the shape of a cone with a height of 10 cm and a base diameter of 14cm and rounded off base-edge, consisting out of onyx, quartz, and bloodstone, though the exact makeup is unknown. The lower half is coated in an unknown metal alloy which is in constant flux, causing different structures, mostly thorn-like projections to form and disappear again.
Normally the object is giving off a constant 12.57 lumens of pale blue light which originates from the geometric centre of thé crystal.

Testing with optical and acoustic methods revealed that the entire crystal interior is harbouring a spacial anomaly, making the actual inside size of the interior much larger and unmeasurable.

SCP- is fully conscious and sapient, displaying above average human intelligence, even though no complex structures were detected that could support this intelligence.

SCP- has telepathic/psionic abilities, allowing it to communicate with staff and giving it limited locomotion in the form of hovering at slow speeds.

The main anomalous property resulting from these abilities is that SCP- is able to build up a psychic link between it and a target possessing a soul, allowing it to manipulate the spirit and in some instances to extract the entire spirit of the target.
Note: The target does not need to be sentient or sapient, it only needs a soul, something SCP- can detect.

The manipulation manly takes three forms
The first is some sort of purification, during this process all memetic-, Cognito- and info-hazards are removed without fail.
The second is the opposite, the implantation of material, mainly religious texts.
Thirdly the mind of the affected subject is able to be analyzed and changed in various ways.
The link can be theoretically upheld indefinitely and if the soul was extracted it can be held for an also indefinite amount if time. (indefinite in the context of very long)

Affected subjects whose soul was removed. brains will move into some sort of autopilot, ceasing higher brain functions, although it is unknown if "SCP number here" has any control over them.
After the process, the Spirit will return to its own body.

Mixups of memories can occur if multiple subjects are affected, the probability only increasing with the amount.
