SCP-6910 is a type of gas that will burn through anything it touches, including but not limited to, metal, glass, and even the earth's crust. If a human or other living being comes into contact with this gas, the being will suffer severe burns if they get out fast enough. However, if the being does not get out, these burns will make each layer of the body boil one by one until all that remains is a pool of what once was a living being. Around 2 minutes after the body boils, the liquid will evaporate and become part of the gas. The way this SCP is contained is a substance called [REDACTED] that will also burn and become part of the gas, but is stronger and more resistant, giving the foundation employees more time to put another layer of it. Should any of this gas leak out of its containment, the world and possibly the universe will burn, potentially causing a big bang-type event and destroying the universe.
