Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5021 is to be contained in a room 5X5 meters in all dimensions, with walls made of cement, and no objects which are soft enough to be broken by the average fit human adult. he is too be fed three times a day, and only master of self defense who aren't armed and not wearing anything other than a cotton shirt and pants. he may only be fed when calm or sleeping. all people who go in to feed SCP-5021 must be cleaned and put on new clothes before entering. no other personell are allowed in there who either don't know unarmed self defense techniques, or level 4 personell who will be accompanied by the people who ussally feed SCP-5021. they must also be put through the same procedures as anyone else who is allowed to enter.
Description: SCP-5021 is a young boy of about 1.7 meters in height, who has pyschopathic tendencies as well as other mental disorders yet to be diagnosed. these disorders correpond with some of his anamolous abilites. depending on his mood, the colour of others humans skin within a 3 meter raidus will change. this has only been tested on Humans, and the corresponding colours cause the following effects; when SCP-5021 makes the person affected turn a bright blue, and they will then start to catch SCP-5021-1, a disease never recorded of any patients or other humans who haven't been exposed to SCP-5021. it is not known yet if this disease is contagious, and anyone who is effected by any of SCP-5021's colours, is to be immediatly quarantined. the effects include fever, vomiting, coughing and the inability to speak. when SCP-5021 turns a person red, they then get SCP-5021-2, which will cause them to suddenly become extremly angry, and then lash out at the first person they see. in the event that this person is SCP-5021, he will quickly and swiftly knock them onto the ground with his brute strength, and then proceed to slowly kill them in varying ways, including strangling them, attempting to break their skull with his bear fist, or snapping their neck. while SCP-5021-1 has multiple triggers yet to be recorded, SCP-5021-2 seems to correspond with his bloodlust, and urge to kill someone, that is justified by the fact they technically attacked him. when they are turned green, they then go into a trance, and will do anything that SCP-5021 says. they will then die after one command, and this effect, called SCP-5021-3, seems to activate when he is feeling lazy, or urging for a object or person he cannot access. when questioned about his moods, he procceds to violently yell that its none of their buisness, and that maybe they should come closer to him to see what it feels like to be affected, if they want to know so badly. he also has a perfectly functioning mind, and can create weapons out of wood, and pick locks, as well as outsmart the average harvard student.
