Special containment procedures
The Narioru's is to be kept in a 20x20x100 containment cell with a depth of 80 meters from the surface of water. This is to prevent injury or loss of Narioru's. At all times 1.7 liters of water per hour is to be put into the cell in form of rain to prevent loss of Narioru's. In case of containment breach is the cell to be put under lockdown to prevent damages to the cell witch may create a loss of Narioru's. If any storm is located over sea a team is to be sent out to contain any instances of Narioru's.
Description
The Narioru is a hybrid between a dog (Samoyed) and Cupid, 7.8 kg. Having a pare of wings on its back resembling cupid wings. The Narioru is very rare and only appears after some rainstorms with non contaminated water. After the storms they start to fade away from existence until fully gone. A Narioru has a lifespan of approximately 2 days when not in contact with rain, with rain present they constantly regenerate making them imortal. They are not affected by much and show very high resistance to physical trauma.
Though the abnormal abilities of the Narioru is that it's body nearly only consists of water. 99% of it's body and organs is water, approximately 0.07 % gold and 0.93 % sugar.
There's no scientific explanation of this fenomon. The Narioru only appears in storms out in the oceans. There's no exact location where they come from. When any storm is located over sea is a team to be sent out to contain all samples if existent. During a storm usually 0-2 Narioru's appears.
The Narioru's bite is very special and works similar to what we would say a cupids arrow works. The bite changes the hormones in any living matter and can make even the most hostile Scp friendly. When a Narioru bites something it loses 2% of it's mass witch is transferred to the bitten creature. This is completely dissolved in the body and leave no traces. The Narioru can later get it's mass back by putting it back in rain.
The bite makes whatever it bites friendly and helpful, this includes other Scp's, people and animals. The effect overrides all normal behaviors of whatever is bitten and the effect usually lasts for 3 hours. It also has a very strong tranquilizer effect witch has been shown to be 200 times stronger than morphine. All attempts to use this has failed due to the substances short lifespan.
