The Phobia Jar, Brain
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: To contain SCP-XXXX it doesn't have to be too contained knowing it cant really go anywhere because it's a brain, but it must be in a Jar with Water with a lock on it, SCP-XXXX will be covered with a cloth so no one risks looking at it, just in case, SCP-XXXX will need to be in a room with a heavy door that has a Lock, if the SCP does manage to escape whoever is containing it will need to kill the brain by giving it a shot in the head, after that it will be able to consume more human brains so don't look at it for 30 seconds while the brain dies down.
Description: SCP-XXXX [The Phobia Jar] is a Brain that looks like an ordinary Human Brain but if you look at it for more than 3 seconds SCP-XXXX will start to consume your brain and become more intelligent, once SCP-XXXX is done consuming the victim's Brain the victim will die, and after SCP-XXXX consumes enough Brains it will morph into the last victim that it killed, it has the same personality as them, almost like the same person but more evil, the last victim after dying will have a chance to be sent to another world called "The World Of Phobias" where all of their phobias are everywhere (there are different Phobia Worlds for each Victim).
Addendum 01: The following texts were observations done by the researchers Dr. K and Dr. M after being provided multiple D-Class personnel by the O5-Council's Decision.
Test 1: Doctor K requested to bring in one of the Class-D personnel to test the amount of time it takes for SCP-XXXX to consume one full human brain. The test ended with the D-Class's brain being consumed by SCP-XXXX in a span of around 10 seconds. The D-Class was inherently dead with both skull and brain appearing to be missing from his head, leaving the subject in a almost liquid gelatinous state. Also one of the sub-researchers noted that after the experiment, SCP-XXXX grew in size by a marginable amount.
Test 2: Doctor K requested to Bring in SCP-682 to see if SCP-XXXX could consume SCP-682's brain, they assumed it wouldn't work knowing what SCP they picked. The test ended with SCP-682's Brain being consumed but SCP-682's brain appeared to be regaining strength, as we were ending the Test we saw that SCP-682 was afraid of SCP-XXXX.
Test 3: Doctor M wanted to see if the distance of SCP-XXXX mattered, so Doctor M requested 3 of the Class-D personnels to be test subjects, we placed the first test subject 3 feet away from SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX ended up killing the First Subject, Next we placed the 2nd test subject 6 feet away from SCP-XXXX and that also killed test subject #2, somehow it took an extra 5 seconds to kill test subject #2, lastly we placed the 3rd test subject 9 feet away from SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX killed test subject #3 in the span of around 20 seconds, the test ended with the conclusion that it doesn't matter how far you need to be to have SCP-XXXX kill you but the farther away you are the longer it takes.
Test 4: (The Final test) Doctor K thought "what will happen if SCP-XXXX consumed 10 Human Brains, it already consumed 4 Human Brains so Doctor K requested 6 more of the Class-D personnels, and they tested all 6 of them and when they got to the last one, SCP-XXXX started to act a little strange, it morphed and looked exactly like the last test subject, they even noticed that the last test subject somehow Vanished, they both decided they would need to do a few more extra tests to figure out what happened to Test Subject #10.
Extra Test 1: Both Doctor K and Doctor M decided to test SCP-XXXX, and morphed SCP-XXXX looked exactly like the last test subject, it acted the same, it even talked the same, but SCP-XXXX acted a little stranger, like it has an evil side to it. The test ended with the conclusion, that SCP-XXXX morphs into its 10th victim and acts exactly like the 10th victim but has an evil side.
Extra Test 2: the 2 Doctors wanted to figure out where the last test subject went without killing anymore people, it wasn't going to be easy to figure out, they decided to go from what they already knew, like the Name of the SCP [The Phobia Jar] and What it does, they thought its because it was called The Phobia Jar maybe the test subject went to an area or a world or even another universe where they have everyone's Phobias and other fears but they couldn't confirm that theory so they decided to stop with the tests for today and call it a day.
