Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4421 is to be held in a four metre by four metre humanoid containment cell possessing standard issue accommodations such as: (1) sleeping mattress (1) toilet (1) table and chair and (1) set of variable entertainment sources which do not in any way grant the entity anomalous properties to manifest such as writing tools paper video recording devices or other such expressive media. The room itself is to be sound proofed as to prevent the Objects voice from reaching those outside its cell and no recording devices are to be present within the entities cell instead a system of sensors being placed bellow its cell in order to track the objects movements.
When allowed to leave their cell the entity is not to be allowed to speak unless under direct address or permission from a high member of site staff for the purposes of testing interview or interrogation all those in the presence of SCP-4421 are to avoid speaking to SCP-4421 or interacting with SCP-4421 unless specifically ordered and are not to allow SCP-4421 to speak or interact with them and authorisation has been given to guards and other foundation staff members to force SCP-4421 to remain silent or inactive using violent actions and threats under most circumstances however SCP-4421 is to be gagged with its ability to speak impaired as well as its arms restrained with handcuffs.
All staff members who interact with SCP-4421 on a regular basis are to be told of SCP-4421s anomalous affects and following interaction with SCP-4421 are to be psychologically tested for SCP-4421s effects. All personnel who are in the presence of SCP-4421 for extended periods of time are to be consistently cycled with no personnel to be allowed in his presence for more than 3 months as to prevent SCP-4421s affects from manifesting within foundation staff. Those who have been in contact with SCP-4421 for any length of time and are exhibiting signs of SCP-4421 infection are to be immediately issued class B amnestics and repeated exposure to SCP-4421 is strictly prohibited.
