Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4198 is to be kept in a standard humanoid chamber. SCP-4198 does not require any food or water, and requests for either should be denied. If SCP-4198 breaches containment, a full site lockdown should be initiated.

Description: SCP-4198 is a humanoid figure approximately 1.813 meters tall of Japanese origin with no physical or mental deformities apart from a lack of eyes.

SCP-4198’s anomalous properties includes:

Does not follow normal human anatomy (no organ system, no need for sustenance, no need to expel waste products, etc).
A “truth serum effect” when directly viewing into its eye sockets. This only occurs when no type of object interferes within line of sight of SCP-4198’s eye sockets.
An immunity to all types of damage; this includes acids, poisons, and brute force tactics (explosives).
No aging process, despite the fact that SCP-4198 has the appearance of an elderly Japanese man.

As for the most prominent anomalous power, the “truth serum effect” will only occur when SCP-4198 verbalizes a question. The person affected will verbalize an answer based on the question SCP-4198 inquired. Instead of lying to SCP-4198, the interested person(s) will vocalize a truth, or a form of the truth fit to SCP-4198 question(s). If SCP-4198 is mute, they will seek out a writing utensil and a piece of paper, stone or any device used for storing information and present it to SCP-4198. As an example, multiple GoI units were interrogated when captured in attempted raids on Foundation sites.

Addendum: SCP-4198 was found sitting in a dojo in Tokyo, Japan interrogating a young child. Agents report the child crying and mumbling unknown phrases. Japanese police interfered and interrogated SCP-4198 and the child, and SCP-4198 was sent to the Foundation for custody and the child was put into an orphanage.
