Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
[Note: SCP-XXXX’s containment procedures have been modified twice, each as a result of Incidents XXXX-a and XXXX-b (See Addendum XXXX-03 and Addendum XXXX-04). By the request of Researcher AAAA, all 3 methods of containment are to be given below, which have since been labelled Procedure 01, Procedure Modification 01.5, and Procedure 02 respectively. SCP-XXXX is currently contained by Procedure 02, and all proposed alterations to the specimen’s containment must be approved by Researcher AAAA directly.]
Special Containment Procedures:
Procedure 01: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a humanoid containment cell with 2 armed guards stationed by the exterior of the doorway. The inside of SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber is furnished with a twin sized bed, a table, and two chairs. SCP-XXXX is currently allowed a chess board and a choice of 2 magazines each month. As much is still unknown about SCP-XXXX’s anomaly, Researcher AAAA has designated a member of his team to observe SCP-XXXX through closed circuit cameras to keep an observation log. In addition to this, Researcher AAAA is to conduct a brief interview with SCP-XXXX once every two week period to assess for any development in anomalous effects (See Addendum XXXX-02).
Entry into SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber is allowed with the authorization of Researcher AAAA or a member of his team. All personnel entering are to be escorted by a guard armed with tranquilizing darts. In the event of a containment breach or hostility towards any foundation members, the on-site guards are to immobilize SCP-XXXX by use of C Grade sedatives and return it to it’s cell.
Procedure Modification 01.5: Resultant of the events of Incident XXXX-a, no entry is permitted into SCP-XXXX’s contaiment cell outside of the delivery of food and water. Any guards or personnel entering SCP-XXXX’s chamber are to carry a C Grade sedative and wear reinforced HP4 helmets(FOOTNOTE). Researcher AAAA has requested to continue interviews. To ensure safety, SCP-XXXX is to be restrained during all interviews. SCP-XXXX is restrained with straps and cuffs around the wrists and ankles connecting the specimen to it’s bed. Any attempt to free itself from these restraints should be met with the swift administration of tranquilizers to SCP-XXXX by the guards.
Procedure 2 [current]: Following the events of Incident XXXX-b, SCP-XXXX is to remain immobilized and in an induced comatose state at all times. Food and water will be delivered via IV. If at any moment SCP-XXXX comes to conscious, the on-site guards are to tranquilize it immediately. Failure to re-anesthetize SCP-XXXX is considered grounds for a Containment Breach.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a human female of Irish descent, 17 to 28 years of age. SCP-XXXX’s biology is identical to that of a normal human, and is fundamentally indistinguishable from any other similarly aged human female unless it’s anomaly is witnessed. Initial physical and psychological testing along files taken from SCP-XXXX’s primary care physicians indicate that SCP-XXXX was in good physical health upon its arrival into Foundation custody and had no mental abnormalities.
SCP-XXXX possesses the ability to rearrange its skeletal anatomy, moving its bones around the inside of its body and even removing them. Bones that are moved to unnatural locations never rupture SCP-XXXX’s flesh, which simply stretches or enlarges to accommodate the bone. When SCP-XXXX removes a bone from an area of its body, the flesh and other internal structures held up by the bone will sag in a non-anomalous way, behaving exactly how skin and other organs would react to the loss of a structural component. Despite the loss of structure, none of the specimens internal organs are harmed. SCP-XXXX remains able to move its bones around even when they are outside of its body, and shows so signs of any pain or discomfort while doing any of this.

Addendum XXXX-05: Note from Researcher AAAA
// It is our team’s top priority to figure out a way to wake SCP-XXXX up without risking neutralization. When SCP-XXXX came into our possession, it was content enough to remain in containment. Clearly, this is no longer the case. I am ordering a team of researchers and a Mobile Task Force to collaborate on a plan that can uncover what the Foundation would need to stabilze SCP-XXXX’s mental health. From what I can imagine, we may need to look for details of SCP-XXXX’s life before containment to find something that would convince the specimen to remain in our custody. Scour the internet, search the town, interview anyone with information. We need to be able to wake SCP-XXXX up and not have it kill itself in front of all of us. That would be a failure of us, of the Foundation, and of everything ‘Secure Contain and Protect’ stands for. Whatever it takes, we must get SCP-XXXX back.
Due to the possibility of such a success, all previous containment procedures will be kept on file for future use. I pray that we find a way to return SCP-XXXX to a state where Procedure 01 is sufficient.
Some personnel have asked me why I support the use of so many resources to awaken a volatile specimen that is currently contained. But SCP-XXXX was different. It had a developing anomaly, which is rare. We need to do more research, and we need to figure out what is causing the succession of SCP-XXXX’s condition.
In the end, we had one job. SCP-XXXX arrived to our site afraid but content, obedient. Our Foundation has contained enough humanoids to understand that psychological needs must be met, but we underestimated how much of a danger SCP-XXXX was to itself. And to that, I do take partial responsibility. I should’ve seen the signs in the interviews, the odd questions it would ask me, the shift in mood, and understood that this was a much more serious problem than I admitted. But we gave it everything- toys, books, music, art- what more could we have done? We even had interviews every 2 weeks, far more interaction than most humanoids we contain. SCP-XXXX had everything we could have given it. So do not wake SCP-XXXX without my express orders. We will find what we need so that when SCP-XXXX wakes up, it does not want to die.
The Foundation has contained almost every specimen it has located. I don’t believe- in fact, I refuse to believe- that we do not have what it takes for SCP-XXXX. The Foundation has everything. The Foundation can provide everything. The Foundation will accomplish its goal.
