SCP-4475 was found in ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦ at ¦¦¦¦¦¦ by ¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦; A string of mutilations had occurred at ¦¦¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦¦ ¦¦¦¦ which led to the nearest sites investigation. SCP-4475 was found by an aerial recon drone, after being spotted a containment unit was sent out immediately to contain SCP-4475.

Experiments where ran on SCP-4475 immediately following the capture of SCP-4475.

Experiment 1: Upon arrival of SCP-4475, SCP-4475 was put onto an autopsy table to determine what the composition of its tissue was. After vomiting on a site-personnel, SCP-4475 was taken to a temporary containment unit which proved useful for the time. The site-personnel was taken to decontamination immediately and suffered no after effects of being vomited on.

Experiment 2: After Incident 1(refer to Experiment 1), SCP-4475 was gagged and sedated appropriately and then taken to an autopsy room for examination. Autopsy results show that the composition of the skin, muscle and blood of SCP-4475 correlates to that of a human being. SCP-4475 has no internal organs other than a heart, liver, kidneys and a detached large intestine. The maggots that reside in SCP-4475 are of an unknown genus.

Incident 2 While in a temporary containment unit, SCP-4475 managed to escape and kill three armed guards. Autopsy's on the corpses revealed one guard had two fractured elbows and a fatal bite to the left jugular vein. The other autopsy's show fatal blows to the cranium by blunt force trauma, it is believed that all of the guards had bled to death.

Addendum: It is unknown as to how SCP-4475 managed to break out of its temporary containment unit(refer to Incident 2) but an investigation is underway as to find out how SCP-4475 broke out.
