Description:
SCP-5324 is a Keter Class entity. SCP-5324 also known as The Horror Within is a Humanoid SCP. The entity has rarely been seen clearly due to it's behaviour. SCP-5324 is a nocturnal entity, approximately 3 meters in height, it's body is bio luminous. The discovery of this being has unlocked many secrets for the Foundation, including a new type of canines. This entity has long, sharp teeth only used for ripping although the entity has been shown to be able to change the shape and size of its teeth from now onward referred to as SCP-5324-2. SCP-5324 has been shown to be black or grey in most encounters although that may be due to it's nature too [Redacted]. The above mentioned details are the only so far identified. SCP-5324 is known to inhabit human bodies, it prefers to live in humans that have depression or other mental illnesses. It's connection with SCP-966 is still unknown. SCP-5324 may live inside certain humans with certain mental illnesses for a different amount of time. It is thought that the more severe the illness the quicker the instance of SCP-5324 is known to grow. At this moment there is only 1 instance of SCP-5324 in containment. SCP-5324 after completely growing inside it's host's body will then use SCP-5324-2 to rip out from within the human and produce 'spores' for other instances of SCP-5324 to grow in other humans. All instances of adult instances of SCP-5324 are known to be immortal and cannot be destroyed which is why each D-Class must be changed and terminated every week before a new instance of SCP-5324 can mature.
Containment:
The containment procedures of this entity are very complicated, it has to be kept in a cell with an instance of SCP-███, and is to be ensured to have a D-Class in that cell at all times, change of this D-Class every 1 week is important. The hard part about keeping containing this SCP are the effects it has on the site. Every personnel on Site:[Redacted] where this entity is kept, experiences nightmares, head aches and other minor mental health issues until these minor issues evolve into major issues such as insanity. These effects are found in other entities kept on this site as during the changing process of the D-Class there have been many events such as breach of multiple SCPs such as SCP-████ and other events such as personnel going completely insane.
Event-966 Omega
SCP-5324, previously Class-Euclid had now been reclassified as Keter, As of 7:49, Nov, 2014 SCP-5324 was classified as Euclid but at 8:15 the same day 3 more instances of SCP-5324 have been reported, 2 males and 1 female, in the states of Colorado and Ohio, Mobile Task Force- Epsilon-11 was dispatched to terminate these instances, during the termination of the instances another distress signal from Site:████ was received. The signal was sent at the same time as Epsilon-11 was dispatched, after attack units were sent to Site:████ most of the personnel assigned there had been killed, The units designated name Alpha Squad 1 and 2 found that after further investigation 5 of the hundred of bodies in the site were having their chest cavity missing indicating the birth of 5 or more instances of SCP-5324. After Event-996 Omega SCP-5324 were known to have a hive intelligence and were able to construct and solve high level problems and plan attacks while being held in captivity through physic thoughts. SCP-5324 now reclassified as Keter and dead specimens are to be taken in for research at Site:████
