Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5145 is to remain in a 10 foot long by 6-foot wide cell, with a firm Maple Wood Rocking Chair next to a 6ft x 3ft bed. SCP-5145 does not seem to need to consume food or liquids to say alive, thus resulting in the unnecessary supplication of a toilet to SCP-5145.

Description: SCP-5145 appears to be a sentient anomalous life form, closely resembling a human male estimated around the age of 70. Scp-5145 has long grey hair, and a bushy, untrimmed beard. SCP-5145 doesn’t seem to age, nor does the entity’s hair seem to grow. SCP-5145’s eyes have never been observed to move. Similarly, SCP-5145’s mouth stays closed, despite being able to communicate and carry on a productive conversation with Foundation Personnel.

According to multiple Eye Witness Reports, SCP-5145 was found wondering around under an interstate bridge near a small town by the name of █████, in Northern Russia. When interviewed, Eye Witnesses said that SCP-5145 looked "immensely sad" and was even seen crying an "unknown solid grey substance." It is believed that the true color of this strange substance is unable to be observed by the human eye. At this time of writing, there is no further information on SCP-5145’s mysterious "tears".

Witnesses also pointed out that SCP-5145 was muttering the phrase: “I don't belong here, why did they send me here?” in English. So far, it has been confirmed that SCP-5145 can 26 separate languages including English, Russian, Spanish, German, Cantonese, Vietnamese, etc. SCP-5145 has also been heard speaking numerous unknown words and phrases in an inhuman and abnormally deep voice. Only one line of SCP-5145 has been deciphered: “████ ████████ ██.” SCP-5145’s dialect is believed to be extra-terrestrial, however, more research is being conducted to determine if the SCP Foundation can decipher any more of the entity’s mysterious language.
