Special Containment Procedures: SCP 7283 must always be kept in a baby carriage. if SCP 7283 is taken out of it's carriage it will become outraged and cry extremely loudly which will rupture any nearby living beings eardrums. SCP 7283's carriage must be kept in a room with at least 2 foot thick concrete walls for protection of other SCPs and SCP employees. there are no working camera's in SCP 7283s concrete room.
description :
SCP 7283 has the appearance of a normal baby, it was found in an orphanage in an undisclosed location. it is very dangerous if it is taken out of its carriage, it needs to be fed like any normal baby. SCP 7283 does not seem to urinate or defecate so SCP 7283's diaper has never been removed.
due to the fact that it's diaper has never been removed, it's gender is anonymous and the SCP foundation fears how SCP 7283 will react if it is removed. for reasons unknown, SCP 7283 will become disturbed if there are any pictures or videos of it (this includes live video). SCP 7283 seems to enjoy being tickled. it is permitted to interact with SCP 999 for testing, SCP 7283 seems to enjoy playing with SCP 999. further testing is being done to figure out why SCP 7283 is uncomfortable around cameras.
