Description:SCP-XXXX A.K.A Professor Merlin Frye is a SCP Foundation member from a parallel universe in which the foundation has few resources and is still in the very early stages of development.SCP-XXXXis a 42 year old Caucasian male with brown hair, brown eyes and a scruffy brown beard.
It has been found that SCP-XXXX has the ability to create scps through belief that said scps exist (though they are often not permanent).It isn't known what causes the scps to be temporary or permanent but it is thought that it's related to the strength of his belief(further study required).

SCP-XXXX was brought over to this universe due to ████ ████████ ███████ ██ ████ ██████ ████ ██ ███ ████ ██████ ████ ██████ ███ █████ █████ ███ ████ ████ ██ and was discovered in ███ █████ ██ ███████.
SCP-XXXXs ability was first discovered in site twelves canteen where he accidentally turned a spork into a inter-dimensional psychic entity before it reverted back after 15 minutes.
This incident resulted in the construction of area 89 which is responsible for the study of SCP-XXXX and all associated scps.SCP-XXXX currently believes that he is just another researcher working for the foundation.

Note:It is unknown if SCP-XXXXs original universe had any other naturally occurring scps or if they were all products of his ability (which may explain the state of the foundation within that universe).
