Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4614 is to be locked in a secure storage locker at Site-11, and daily checks for any signs of motion. SCP-4614 must be interactive with SCP-1032 and SCP-4064 weekly to prevent loneliness, resulting in insanity, and lose of control.
SCP-4614 is to be placed on a queen-sized bed at night. SCP-4614's cell must be stored with a coloured TV and a picture of SCP-1032 on the wall. DO NOT LET ANY GUARDS INTO SCP-4614's LOCKER.
Description: SCP-4614 is a greenish balloon filled with oxygen, with a pair of glasses with green and black rims, and made in [DATA EXPUNGED] by the same unknown person who made SCP-1032. Collected from various tests, SCP-4614 has fluent speaking ability and has interacted with many Euclid-class SCPs.
SCP-4614 was not discovered until 1945, in London, exactly 6██ years after it's making, a group of three boys attempted to pop the balloon, as several police reports came in, stating that they just saw a balloon with glasses attack three children. To this day, nobody has heard from them. If agitated, SCP-4614 will remind the oppressor of bad memories in childhood, and give them suicidal ideation.
Addendum: SCP-4614 does not have an SCP-4614-2 or an SCP-4614-B.
SCP-4614 can track street addresses, full names, birthplaces, and birthdates, and remembers every good memory you had and can go back into there and change the past. It appears that SCP-4614 has formed a gang with SCP-4064 and SCP-1032. On █/█/██, the following conversation has been recorded:

Closing Statement: SCP-4614 has forced Doctor Knight to stop breathing, as she falls to the ground, unconscious. The guards try to help her up, but SCP-4614 scared them out of the room.
Addendum: Years later, SCP-4614 has still refused to share information on SCP-055, and has freed many Euclid SCPs, such as SCP-1507 and [EXPUNGED]. He became known to guards as, "The king of all Euclids."
