Special Containment Procedures: No personnel are allowed to be within forty five (45) meters of SCP-XXXX's containment chamber without permission, the area outside SCP-XXXX's contaiment chamber must be monitored at all times through video camera feed.
Any Foundation personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX must answer a questionnaire about their previous and current intimate relationships prior to entering SCP-XXXX's containment chamber, the answers must then be submitted to Dr. C████████ for reviewing.
SCP-XXXX must be kept in a completely shut cell, locked by a electronic steel door which can only be opened with 3 Key-cards. Dr. C████████; Dr. L████; and Dr. A█████ have been entrusted to carry them. Any interaction with SCP-XXXX must be approved by Dr. C████████ beforehand.
After Incident XXXX/002, all photographs and recorded videos of SCP-XXXX must be secured and contained or discarded. Any visual representations of SCP-XXXX will only be produced via technical sketches and/or artistic drawings. Any Foundation personnel found to possess unauthorized photographies or videos of SCP-XXXX will be punished.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a immolated cadaver of a female human; apparently in her forties, fixed to a double-bed raging roughly 5 x 3 meters in diamaters, the mattress is almost completely burnt and only the metallic structure and springs remain. SCP-XXXX has been impaled by a sharp metal object through her abdomen and almost reaching the ground, attempts to remove the metal object have been met with failure.
SCP-XXXX posesses the ability to cause visual and auditory hallucinations unto people who have been unfaithful to their partners (boyfriends, girlfriends, or spouses[See Incident XXXX/001])[See Experiment Log XXXX/004], This ability has a range of forty (40) meters and can also become active through direct or indirect visual contact with SCP-XXXX. Personnel that have been subjected to SCP-XXXX's hallucinative abilites (now reffered to as SCP-XXXX-01) testify to have seen a "gorgeous woman" in the corner of their eye and start chasing after her, in some cases, SCP-XXXX-01 instances claim to sucesfully hold a conversation with SCP-XXXX-02. (this “woman” is reffered to as SCP-XXXX-02), experiments has proven that SCP-XXXX-02's appareance changes and adapts to SCP-XXXX-01 desires. Personnel unaffected by SCP-XXXX's abilities are unable to perceive SCP-XXXX-02, even when SCP-XXXX-01 instances claim SCP-XXXX-02 is talking directly to and about them.
48 hours after SCP-XXXX's effects set in, SCP-XXXX-01 will be led by SCP-XXXX-02 into SCP-XXXX's cell in an attempt to copulate with SCP-XXXX-02. The victims climb onto SCP-XXXX's bed, and are unable to perceive the sharp metal object impaled into SCP-XXXX's abdomen. During the intercourse, especially in certain attempted positions, SCP-XXXX-02 instances are unknowingly cut and punctured by the metal object and suffer critical damage resulting in extreme blood loss and disembowelment. SCP-XXXX-01 loses consciousness until they are clinically dead, when they jolt back into consciousness, only to attempt to continue to perform sexual intercourse with SCP-XXXX, seemingly against their own desires as SCP-XXXX's visual hallucations appear to have weared off, causing SCP-XXXX-01 to panic until they are completely decomposed as the remains are gradually "consumed" by SCP-XXXX.
In cases where the current SCP-XXXX-01 is Non-Foundation Personnel (in most cases a civillian) has been exposed to uncontained phtographs or videos and is unable to enter SCP-XXXX's cell 48 hours after they have been affected, they become extremely irritated and will attempt to perform a Breach in order to get into the cell, most likely getting neutralized by the MTF Units of the Site SCP-XXXX is currently contained in or becomes extremely depressed and commits suicide through a plethora of means.
Due to this, a MTF Unit has been deployed to procure and contain photographs and videos of SCP-XXXX throughout the World Wide Web and a R&D Team has been assigned to develop an amnestic capable of countering SCP-XXXX's effects, as any and all attempts of doing so have turned SCP-XXXX-01 extremely suicidal.

Incident Description: Shortly after the Foundation obtained and contained SCP-XXXX, Researcher ████ is assigned to work under Dr. C████████ in studying SCP-XXXX and its applications. On the morning of ██/██, Researcher ████ enters SCP-XXXX and takes one (2) photographs of SCP-XXXX, one of the cadaver's face for an attempt at identification and another of the sharp metal object from an angle under the bed for reasons unknown, Researcher ████ stays inside the cell for less than three (3) minutes and proceeds back to her office. Two days later, Researcher ████ starts complaining about the visual hallucations of a woman attempting to "hug" her and is taken to the Medical Bay for a mental evaluation, while the Site is placed under lockdown for the suspicion of a SCP Breach. Psychatrist ████ unsuccessfully attempts to calm Researcher ████ and resorts to administering a small dosage of morphine as Researcher ████ starts complaining about acute abdominal pain. Shortly after the morphine shot, Researcher ████ seemingly falls asleep and Psychatrist ████, believing his attempts were finally successful, goes to leave the office when Researcher ████ suddenly wakes up in an very aggressive state, running past Psychatrist ████ and knocking him down. Researcher ████ charges into the ER of the Medic Bay and grabs a scalpel from a Emergency Medical Kit, and starts to stab her own abdominal region multiple times. Medic ████ takes notice of this instantly, and charges onto her to try and stop her from killing herself, in response, Researcher ████ who does not respond to Medic ████'s cries, slashes his jugular with the scapel causing extensive blood loss as she continues to stab herself.
Researcher ████ and Medic ████ died from blood loss a few minutes later, and their bodies were discovered shortly after when the Site lockdown was raised.
Due to this incident, we have discovered that SCP-XXXX ability affects women, and since then, the Special Containment Procedures have been updated.

Incident Description: Few months after Incident XXXX/001 took place, Researcher ███ is assigned to research [REDACTED], taking over Researcher ████ office. Researcher ███ is reading a newspaper in his office in the evening of ██/██, and out of ennui, starts reading Researcher ████'s archives about SCP-XXXX. Researcher ███ gains malicious interest in SCP-XXXX's ability after reading the file and takes Researcher ████'s photograph with him, keeping it on his person for over █ months, until his break begins. Researcher ███ breaks The Foundation's Protocol of Conduct and Ethics and takes the photograph home. At an unknown time between █1/██ and █4/██, he shows the photograph of SCP-XXXX's face to his wife, Mrs. P█████████, accusing her of having an affair with [DATA EXPUNGED], Mrs. P█████████ becomes distressed and calls the police, the matter is settled peacefully when the police arrives, and days passes by.
On the night of █4/██, Mrs. P█████████ becomes very agitated and the police is called once more. This time, Mrs. P█████████ threatens to kill Researcher ███ and the police men with a knife while complaining about an "invisible woman embracing her", Mrs. P█████████ attempts to charge at Officer [REDACTED] with the knife and is shot thrice, once in the heart, killing her instantly.
After the incident, Researcher ███ is summoned by O5-█ to explain the situation and admits to using the photograph against his wife, breaking The Foundation's Protocol of Conduct and Ethics. Since then, Researcher ███ is demoted to D-Class, Class-A Amnestics are administered to everyone involved in the case, and the Special Containment Procedures have been updated.

Addendum: D-7821 is removed from SCP-XXXX's cell, and returns to a special experimenting living room where he's surveilled for 3 days, without any sort of anomalous event or behaviour happening. He is then sent back to his own cell, and has been under heightened surveillance for months. No anomalous behaviour detected.

Addendum 1: D-8059 is then escorted to a solitary cell in the ██ floor of Site-██, D-8059 becomes SCP-XXXX-01 at dawn, two days later. He refused to eat and showed strong signs of crippling depression, aware of what's about to happen to D-8059, Dr. C████████ attempts to force D-8059 to stay alive, tying him down to an electric bed in a Straitjacket. D-8059 stops responding to physical stimuli at 127 hours after being exposed to SCP-XXXX, and enters a coma-like state at 138 hours. D-8059 suffers brain death at 156 hours and is unable to be resurrected, and is declared dead, making him the SCP-XXXX-01 with the longest lifespan known to the Foundation.
