Special Containment Procedures: Site-1945's1 media team is to monitor all United States radio stations for manifestations of SCP-XXXX. If a SCP-XXXX manifestation is detected by Site-1945's media team, the manifestation is to be intercepted and recorded. Each recorded manifestation is to be stored on a five (5) Kilobyte usb drive located in the Low-risk anomalous object storage locker outside of the SCP-XXXX monitoring room.

On April 12, The Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site is to be closed off to the public. Two guards armed with non-lethal tasers are to stationed at the outside front entrance of the site. If any civilians are to get in on this date they are to be administered Class-A amnesics. During this day there is to be two (2) research agents in Site-1945 and two (2) in the library of The Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt National Historic Site.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a spatial anomaly that manifests on radio broadcasts in the continental United States. The anomaly consists of noises which have been described by researchers as "Inhuman moaning and someone crying." On rare cases, exerts of the Fireside Chats2 cam be heard. It is unknown the circumstances of which this happens, and there have only been a total of 13 recorded cases of this happening.

SCP-XXXX-1 is a mental3 anomaly that occurs on April 12 of every year. This mental anomaly manifests as a semi-transparent, humanoid bearing resemblance to former United States president Franklin D. Roosevelt4. SCP-XXXX-1 is capable of communication through telepathy. While SCP-XXXX-1 communicates, what it says can also be heard through SCP-XXXX manifestations.

During interview, SCP-XXXX-1 has mentioned all days of the year with the exception of April 12th, it is confined in another dimension that consists of a black void. This dimension has been classified as SCP-XXXX-2.

Along with SCP-XXXX-1 there is another entity which occupies SCP-XXXX-2, although this entity has not been seen by any of the research staff it has been described by SCP-XXXX-1 during an interview. This entity has been hereby classified as SCP-XXXX-3. SCP-XXXX-3 is an animate pile of human corpses which are capable of locomotion and making noises such as moaning or crying. The corpses have been noted to be Japanese in origin.

Discovery: SCP-XXXX along with SCP-XXXX-1 sightings have been noted since 19██. It wasn't until ██ years after these original sightings that the foundation started interfering.
