Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently contained at site-6969 in a standard humanoid containment chamber. It's chamber has been modified to have standard cameras removed and replaced with sonar devices to track it's location within the chamber. At no point should any personnel be allowed to directly observe SCP-XXXX without permission from the Site Director. In the event that an individual does view SCP-XXXX, they are to be detained my MTF-FrickNazis and immediately administered Class-A amnesics.

As SCP-XXXX's affiliation or background has not been clearly determined, SCP-XXXX is not to be trusted with any information regarding BRUH.

Description: SCP-XXXX resembles a 35 year old male of Russian decent who goes by name of ("Adio Ostrich"). As of the writing of this article, SCP-XXXX measures 180 cm(5' 11') in height and 153 lbs in weight. Aside from it's anomalous effects, SCP-XXXX has no biological differences from a normal human being. SCP-XXXX has so far been compliant with Foundation requests.

SCP-XXXX's has a memetic property which is triggered by direct observation for any period of time. Subjects which are affected by this meme believe that they are affiliated with SCP-XXXX on a very personal level. This "relationship" takes the form of a close friendship between the subject and SCP-XXXX. This effect is known to last indefinitely, with the exception of the administration of amnesics.

When questioned about their relationship with SCP-XXXX, subjects are able to name a few instances in their history which they believe that they have spent with SCP-XXXX, but are unable to form a complete history of their "relationship", including when, where, and how they met. Regardless of becoming aware of discrepancies, subjects will continue to be affected by the meme.
