Special Containment Procedures: SCP-xxxx is an object that is a combination of Bio & Dim and must be contained on the floor level of the facility in a 12"x12"x6" silicon glass chamber set on the floor in the center of a 65'x65'x35' room with a foundation that is 30 feet of pure concrete. It is located at Site-xx. Only Class D and personnel with psychic resistance of 80-100, are allowed within 10 feet of the object, for testing, as it gives off a strong psychic field which affects everything with cognitive abilities. Due to this, no others are allowed in the room at all.
Description: SCP-xxxx looks like a cheap Halloween cream face paint pallette you get from retail stores. Due to its strong psychic presence, it changes the color of the paint determined on who it is linked to it within 10 feet. The pallette induces a feeling of euphoria and a compulsion to pick up the accompanying brush and paint something on themselves. It doesn't matter if the person is artistic or not.
The paint only reacts to flesh and once it is applied to the skin, it starts to break down on a physics level. After an hour, a singularity forms on the part of the body that was painted and rips you and all objects apart at an atomic level within a 30 foot radius.
The singularity action can be nullified if the paint is removed within the hour after being applied. The singularity dies once all material in the 30 foot radius is absorbed.
The object is not affected by the singularity and there seems to be no way to destroy the object.
