Description: SCP XXXX is a phenomenon that takes place in any perfectly circular hole. For the phenomenon to occur the hole must not be visible to any sentient being in a 20 metre radius. If a sentient being finds themselves in emotional or physical distress when near a suitable hole, a tentacle of an unknown species will emerge and perform the necessary act to calm or aid the subject. For example, if an anxious pet were near the hole, a tentacle would emerge and pat it in the same manner as it's owner to ease it's anxiety. It is not yet known how the tentacle is aware of what is needed to "fix" the problems it comes across, nor who or what the appendage belongs to.
