SCP-XXXX
Object Class - Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX must be locked in a standard containment cell, and checked for any electrical activity from its CPU every 3 days. Despite its abnormal behavior when turned on, personnel are free to turn it on under supervision of 2 armed guards of L2 clearance.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an Apple El Capitan laptop computer, dating back to 2016, while it's containment was in 2014. Further examination is needed to see if it was a prototype of it's version. SCP-XXXX's anomalous properties manifest when the CPU is being used 20%, in which any electronic connected to it will start abnormally functioning, screens and monitors around it rotating at fast speeds. Electronics will start draining charge quickly, about 2% charge a second, while charging them does not stop the drain. Anything above 40%, electronics will have their batteries catch fire, while not doing damage to the laptop itself. After the laptop computer crashes, all electronics will revert to their normal state. Batteries will start cooling down and reforming. The laptop computer does not have a charger port, but charges from an unknown source.
Note from O5-3: "Please don't charge any L3 and above personnel's devices using SCP-XXXX. We don't want to repeat O5-11 having his phone freak out in front of him."
