Special Containment Procedures: SCP XXXX is to be kept in an 8m x 8m x 8m Faraday cage encapsulated by a six (6) inch reinforced concrete containment cell. The concrete is insulated with a rebar sub-structure that has an interwoven lattice of lead strips. SCP XXXX emits an electronic resonance which is able to pass through solid objects.
A standard foundation-issue CCTV camera system with infrared motion sensors are to be installed to observe SCP-XXXX. All Class-B personnel are to be briefed that SCP-XXXX emits a powerful aura, separate from the electronic resonance, which leads to electromagnetic interference with the CCTV. This electromagnetic interference has a destructive effect on CCTV components and circuitry. All doors need to be manually opened and closed due to this “aura” affect. SCP-XXXX aura can disrupt electronically controlled doors thus rendering them ineffective.
All personnel interacting with SCP-XXXX need to don a biohazard suit interlaced with a lead lining infrastructure to prevent the deleterious effects of SCP-XXXX aura.
Description: SCP-XXXX is described as a humanoid-esk figure dressed in a black three-button suit, made of unknown origin, the rest of SCP-XXXX's mass appears to be taking form of human skin, the known only difference appears that it dons a red tone, and a face which resembles a form of "ball-lighting." SCP-XXXX's origin is also currently unknown. SCP-XXXX manifests in an amorphous state which then takes the form of an associate from the unwitting subjects subconscious. This then leads to the subject's loss of consciousness. Exposed subjects have reported reliving a memory that they have previously experienced, except the illusion of SCP-XXXX is in the same mind-scape of the memory with the subject. This illusion is known to have a “Deja Vu” or “Rendezvous” effect on its subjects, some other cases have reported that subjects have suffered from effects of paranoia, guilt, and sleep deprivation. Exposed victims believe they know to SCP-XXXX from a past memory or believe they must meet with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX then draws the subject in by some sort drawn of trance like state, subjects feel obliged to interact with SCP-XXXX. This is when SCP-XXXX is most dangerous. Once within six (6) feet of SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX presents an unknown aura which permeates the victim’s body into a dormant state, which lead to seizures and violent spasms. These muscular spasms can be so intense that one is crushed and/or suffocated to death by one’s own body.
Personnel who were within twenty (20) feet of SCP-XXXX tend to have flashbacks of memories and at the same time experiencing mild muscle twitching. Very few people survived close interactions with SCP-XXXX, but those who have suffer from severe amnesia, memory loss and neurological disorders. In addition, SCP-XXXX is believed to have the ability to distort space and time. Some scientists have theorized that SCP-XXXX's aura is not the cause of the “Deja Vu” or “Rendezvous” effect, but instead this humanoid controls or bends time around its victims' memories. In essence, SCP-XXXX causes a “blending” of current space and time. While at the same time having the subject go back in time. To the subject, this hybrid of the space and time becomes their reality.
Note: Researchers have described that when observing SCP-XXXX, they noticed that their watches and clocks appear to be one (1) hour (60 minutes) late after interacting/observing it. Finally, even with the proper attire, it has been observed, that a warping and a distortion which can effect inorganic and organic objects. SCP-XXXX has shown the ability to be capable of electrical manipulation of some extent, this has been proven from testing on various electric items.
