So this is my first attempt at writing an SCP:

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3984-1 is to be kept in a 3 meter cubed containment cell at site█████. Under no circumstances should there be a camera allowed inside SCP-3984-1’s containment cell.The door that gives access to SCP-3984-1 should be made of 20 centimeters of blast resistant steel with no windows for visible access leading to the interior of the cell. At each corner of the cell is to be a 30 centimeter cubed containment cell with a metal handle. These cells should be spring loaded to explode with██ pounds of C4,when opened, kept in the storage area at site████. No less than two armed guards should be stationed outside of SCP-3984-1’s containment cell at all times. In the event of a containment breach or other compromising event, each of the two guards will enter SCP-3987’s cell and retrieve the item. They should then proceed to deactivate the spring loaded explosive system for no longer than 30 seconds to store SCP-3984-1 in one of the four secondary containment boxes. The placement should be random. Following this, the two personnel may exit the cell and aid in recovery of the facility. After the event has subsided a bomb squad is to enter and deactivate the spring loaded explosives and retrieve SCP-3984-1 to restore its original containment method. Any instance of SCP-3984-2 is to be detained and kept for further experimentation and/or prevention of SCP-3984’s harmful effects. All personnel that are assigned to SCP-3984 shall be women or, for men, must have a history of committing or being the victim of sexual abuse. No D-Class personnel may know of the existence of SCP-3984 outside of testing.
Description: SCP-3984-1 is a wooden whistle 2 inches in length, 0.5 inches in width, and 0.5 inches in height. 0.1 inches from the end of the whistle is a 0.05 inch in diameter hole leading from one side of the whistle to the other. The material that makes up SCP-3984-1 has been determined to be a composite of all types of tree found on Earth as well as human bone. When any person learns of the existence of SCP-3984, or otherwise sees it, hears it, etc., they will become compelled to use SCP-3984-1. Whether or not the person knows of SCP-3984’s anomalous effects is irrelevant.
When a human male over the age of 30 but under the age of 60 blows SCP-398$-1, multiple phenomena occur. First, the person, who should now be classified as an instance of SCP-3984-2, falls unconscious for a period of varying length, however it always ends at midnight of that night. Next the person will begin obsessing over the nearest adolescent male. The obsessions are exclusively sexual and violent, and are usually verbally spoken. SCP-3984-2 will vocalize urges to see the child. At first, if permitted, will be all that occur. However, with extended time under the anomalous influence of SCP-3984, the SCP-3984-2 instance will become anxious, agitated, and self deprecating over their next or previous visit with the child. Usually, this consists of vocalizations of, “I had the chance” or “Why did I say that”.Over a period of no more than 10 days, SCP-3984-2 will make an attempt to rape or otherwise sexually abuse the child. If this attempt ends in failure, SCP-3984-2 will become entirely focused on it’s next “opportunity” for sexual abuse. This consists of significant lack of sleep due to planning, and speaking to staff exclusively on the subject of their next meeting. The planning has been seen to span over several months, and plans can be extremely complex. If any attempt, whether it being the first or afterward, is successful, then SCP-3984-2 will return to it’s normal state with vocalizations over regret and shame. They will then sleep for no less than two hours before waking and expressing wishes to do the same again. In most cases this is possible because SCP-3984-2 has captured the child. No instance of SCP-3984-2 has been observed to survive more than 10 hours after their first successful abuse of the targeted child, due to SCP-3984-2’s suicide over regret of their actions. If the child SCP-3987-2 is targeting is over 30 miles away, SCP-3987-2 will express wishes to live nearer to their target. The targeted child is always between the ages of 15 and 8 and male. Actions that have been noted to commonly take place under successful attacks from SCP-3984-2 include: Rape, amputation of various limbs, murder, necrophilia, and other various torturous and sexual acts.
Test A - 3/2/201█
Subject:D-4167
Procedure: D-4167 was allowed access to SCP-3984’s cell. The subject immediately took notice of SCP-3984-1 and blew it. D-4167 fell unconscious for █ hours before waking up. D-4167, now SCP-3984-2-1, took it’s normal procedure.
Results: SCP-3984-2-1 escaped site ███, resulting in the deaths of 2 staff members. Following this, SCP-3984-2-1 raped and murdered Jacob ██████. Jacob was the subject’s nephew. SCP-3984-2-1 committed suicide at an unspecified time on 3/23/201█, and both bodies were recovered 2 days later.
Analysis: SCP-3984-2 seems to focus on the family members of the subject due to increased availability to see them. In the future all subjects should be proved to have no adolescent family members living or recently deceased. Dr. Sutton.
