Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be held in a suitable human containment chamber. Common luxuries such as basic furniture and entertainment items can be provided at the discretion of Site-88s Section D supervisor for compliant behavior. SCP-XXXX should never be let out of his cell, and should never be put at risk of harm.

Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a 6 foot man of Caucasian descent. SCP-XXXX, before his Class-D designation, worked as a Senior Researcher on Site 19 from 2007 to early 2012. Due to insubordination and violation of Foundation regulations, Senior Researcher Benjamin Oliver Walker was given a disciplinary hearing which led to his permanent Class-D sentence and Class-F amnestics being administered. SCP-XXXX was re-designated D-9341 and scheduled for testing on SCP-173 on 04/15/2012. During testing, Site-19 experienced a catastrophic site-wide containment breach. During review of the security footage, D-9341 was seen escaping at Gate A before being detained by Nine-Tailed Fox. During D-9341s escape, they acted in a manner which suggested they knew the entire layout of the facility. Along with this, D-9341 seemed to have an innate knowledge of how the escaped SCP Objects worked regardless if he never previously interacted with them, even during his time working at the Foundation. Further research was conducted, and has been determined that this anomaly is the result of another anomaly which he had done unauthorized research on. SCP-XXXX is to be contained until an ethical and efficient method of terminating or understanding his anomalous effects have been found.

Addendum XXXX-1: Further information regarding previous Senior Researcher Benjamin Oliver Walker will be made on another document, along with a full breach report pending administration approval.

Interviewed: SCP-XXXX/Senior Researcher Walker

Interviewer: Dr. Lionel

<Begin Log, 16:10:38 PM>

Interviewer: Good evening, SCP-XXXX. Or would you prefer I call you Benjamin?

SCP-XXXX: Please, just call me Ben. I hate being called "SCP". I'm a human, like everyone else. I don't control what I do! I don't want to be one of those freaks.
Interviewer: Alright, noted. Well, Ben, do you remember anything before the containment breach on April 15th?

SCP-XXXX: No, actually. It freaks me the hell out. I just woke up in a prison cell with this damn document saying I'm a prisoner for a month for crimes that I don't remember doing!
Interviewer: I understand your frustration. I'm sorry I can't currently elaborate any further than what you already know. To my next question, how did you manage to have exact knowledge on the SCP Objects and what they do in Site-19? We never had you do tests on any of them previously.

SCP-XXXX: I already told you. Do you know how many times I've died? How many times my neck was snapped in fucking half, how many times my skin melted from my bones, how many times I was ripped apart and devoured by a tall screaming guy! I'm not one of those freaks and I never will be. I don't hurt anyone, I just want to live a normal life! I've re-lived that breach countless times over.
Interviewer: So you relived the same moment until you figured out the best way to avoid death in that moment?

SCP-XXXX: *Sighs*. Pretty much, yea.
Interviewer: Interesting. (Interviewer pauses for a moment to write on a clipboard) So, did you learn any information that can be useful to us as to what specifically caused the containment breach which you experienced so many times?

SCP-XXXX: I mean, not really.
Interviewer: If you tell us helpful information, I can look into getting you more comfortable accommodations during your time here.

SCP-XXXX: … Fine. There was this doctor guy, uh… Doctor Mayonnaise? Mayo… Maynard! Dr Maynard I think. He worked with the robot guy, I think you called him SCP-079. I may have snooped around some computer conversations, and this Dr Maynard guy was talking to some other sketchy people. Pretty sure it was the Chaos Insurgency, the guys who attacked you and tried to kidnap me.

Interviewer: The Chaos Insurgency never attacked you that we know of or saw. Can you elaborate?

SCP-XXXX: Oh, right… that was one of my other lives. The one I'm living now is the only life I have where I actually live. The rest usually included my death either through nuclear explosion, to your grunts, or to one of the freaks. One of them included the Chaos Insurgency. They told me who they were, but I don't remember much after that. I assume they killed me, or you guys did.
Interviewer: I see… so Dr Maynard you saw was talking to one of the Insurgents?

SCP-XXXX: Yea. He also left a note for you guys in one of my lives, I'm not sure if you guys found it. It said "Thanks Foundation, you made this so easy" or something. It was on him, before he was dragged into that black goops… space place. I don't fuckin know, it was insane and one of the scariest things I've seen at that place. He spit out the Doctor who was all sorts of fucked up. But I think the Doctor turned on the Computer fella, who in turn fucked all of you over.

<End Log, 16:27:54>

Closing Statement: So, as I previously thought, Doctor Maynard was definitely a primary cause of the containment breach. I'm unsure if he had any accomplices, but we should interrogate any friends of Doctor Maynard who work or know of the Foundation. I would also like to request a more comfortable bed, couch and a basic wooden table for SCP-XXXX for his compliance and help in this investigation.
