Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4492 will be kept in a steel lockbox measuring 21.59 by 27.94 cm by 20 cm with a standard nine digit keypad lock at Site-18. Any and all personnel attempting to gain access to SCP-4492 must be searched for anything that could potentially be used to make any sort of markings on SCP-4492¹. If any information about the nature of SCP-4492's anomalous properties is revealed to the public, class A amnestics must be administered to the informed individuals immediately. If the informed individuals are in any way capable of resisting amnestics, neutralization is advised.²

Description:
In its current form, SCP-4492 is a stack of 100 sheets of standard printer paper. Each sheet of paper measures 21.59 cm by 27.94 cm.³ In the bottom right corner of every sheet of SCP-4492, there is a number (1-100) that increases by one from the top of the stack to the bottom.⁴ When the entire stack of SCP-4492 is destroyed a new stack of 100 sheets reappears where it was last left alone for an hour or more in unmarked plastic wrap no matter where it was destroyed. SCP-4492's main anomalous properties show when anything living writes on SCP-4492 with any object or material that can leave a mark.⁵ Anything that is marked/written on one sheet of SCP-4492-1 through SCP-4492-100 is copied exactly on the sheet that was directly below it in its original stack. The material used to mark on SCP-4492 is consistent in all of the copies that SCP-4492 makes. It does not matter the distance between the sheets of SCP-4492 or the current ordering of the sheets of SCP-4492. SCP-4492-100 copies markings made on it to SCP-4492-1 even if markings have already been made on SCP-4492-1. SCP-4492 does not copy the copies made by itself. It only copies the markings made by another living creature. If SCP-4492 1-100 is folded, the folds are also copied to the corresponding sheet of SCP-4492. Folding SCP-4492 does not affect the copying ability of SCP-4492 in any way.

Addendum:
As discovered in experiments EX-CO3-A through EX-CO3-B, when a five-pointed star is drawn on SCP-4492-1 all drawings that have been copied onto SCP-4492 -2 will replicate and detach from SCP-4492-2 leaving behind a clean, undamaged page. When a five-pointed star is drawn on SCP-4492-1 when the only markings on SCP-4492-1 are words, whatever was described in those words will be generated on top of SCP-4492-2. The generated objects are perfect depictions of what is described, no matter how physically, theoretically, or mechanically impossible the descriptions may be.⁶ The original material/object used to write on SCP-4492-1 does not affect what SCP-4492-2 generates upon drawing the five-pointed star in any way.⁷

▶ Documentation of SCP-4492's Recovery

Recovery Of SCP-4492:
SCP-4492 was recovered in a Victorian-style home in Upper Michigan. During recovery, SCP-4492 was in the form of a leather-bound book with 100 empty pages. On the cover of the book was a five-pointed star. Upon removing SCP-4492 from the property, SCP-4492 transformed into its current form.⁸ All attempts to revert SCP-4492 to its first discovered form have failed.

SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
D-236 was taken to a separate room from SCP-4492-2 and was given SCP-4492-1 to draw on. D-236 was then instructed to draw a five-pointed star on SCP-4492-1. (Corresponding to the five-pointed star observed on the cover of the original form of SCP-4492)
MARKINGS MADE:
5 five-pointed stars. (4 drawn incorrectly. 1 drawn correctly)
RESULTS:
Immediately upon D-236 correctly drawing the five-pointed star, the other 4 failed attempts detached from SCP-4492-2 leaving a clean, undamaged sheet behind. No other changes were observed on SCP-4492-1.
NOTES:
Will extend this test with a fresh stack of SCP-4492.

It has been concluded that the distance between the sheets of SCP-4492 does not affect SCP-
4492's ability to copy words and drawings.

As soon as the lion was generated, it became hostile and attempted to attack D-236. D-236 attempted to defend himself from the lion with the M1911A1 but discovered it had no bullets. D-236 was ultimately mauled by the lion. The
lion was then neutralized.
