Description: SCP-001, AKA The Omega Council is a group of leaders from all the major anomalous organizations.
The Omega Council is headed by Aaron Siegel, better known as O5-1 within the Foundation. Under his direction, all decisions made by any of the abovementioned organizations are reviewed by the Omega Council, who can vote to either acknowledge or veto said decisions. The Omega Council is to remain unknown to all except those who are members.
