Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is housed in a humanoid standard containment facility with basic furnishings. Due to how dangerous SCP-XXXX is, no less than 4 armed personnel are to be guarding its chamber. D-Class personnel must be fed to SCP-XXXX on a weekly basis. If any personnel are under his command, they are to be contained. Tight security must be maintained at all times. In the event of a containment breach, SCP-XXXX’s containment chamber must be sealed using blast doors until the threat has passed. SCP-XXXX must be monitored weekly for signs of personality suppression. If anyone is showing signs of the infection, report to Dr.Hollow and neaby personnel immediately.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a male Caucasian, in his late twenties. It wears a trench coat with a hood stitched on it, shrouding its face, leather gloves, and leather boots, and it will sometimes wear a mask as well. SCP-XXXX's diet is humans, though it does not consume them any way an organism does. Instead, tentacle-like limbs will materialize on its back and raise the body up in the air. It will then absorb the nutrients into it's bloodstream. It is average height and average build to a human, and bears an artifact on that gives it anomalous properties (although this is just a theory). This artifact gives it a variety of abilities, such as teleportation that allows it to cover small distances quickly, the ability to summon Entities, which are four-legged creatures with spikes covering their bodies and serrated teeth. It is very agile and is an expert in sword-fighting and marksmanship, as well in the art of stealth and assassination. It also has the ability to see live organisms through walls and floors if the need arises, and can command others(Those who are under its will are now designated as SCP-XXXX-1). SCP-XXXX-1 will bleed from the eyes, and ultimately die after 24 hours. Their bodies turn to dust and fly away, even if there is no wind, which makes all attempts to get samples have failed. So far, SCP-XXXX has been cooperative with foundation personnel and on
VERY rare occasions, help personnel during containment breaches. The only reason it is rare is the fact that SCP-XXXX is neutral in all situations. SCP-XXXX also seems to suffer from personality shifts and turns aggressive. So far, SCP-XXXX has attempted to suppress these shifts, as medical help is impossible due to how its anatomical structure prevents access to organs, suggesting SCP-XXXX is resistant or even indestructible to damage.

Interviews with SCP-XXXX has revealed that there are more artifacts that grant different anomalous properties hidden throughout the world. Interviews questioning it's origin or the origin of the artifacts have been unsuccessful, as well as questioning where the artifacts are.

Items removed from SCP-XXXX’s possession:

  • A sword, sharper than as razor, but thin as paper.
  • A engraved crossbow, along with the bolts. Engraving suggests that the crossbow is custom made.
  • A Glock 17, along with the ammunition.
  • Ritual bone charms carved from whales.
  • The Artifact.
  • An unknown device (Device is currently under investigation).
  • A gallon of whale oil.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD SCP-XXXX BE GIVEN BACK ITS ITEMS UNLESS IF IT'S FOR EXPERIMENTS
The fact that SCP-XXXX carries whale oil, which the gathering and use of has been illegal, which he states that it's "Perfectly legal and has been the foundation of all industry", gives a hypothesis that it might be from another dimension, possibly a version of the Victorian Era that used whale oil for everything and their technology advanced, surpassing ours, although it carries a modern handgun. It is theorized that SCP-XXXX is responsible for the gun theft at [REDACTED]'s Firearms and Ammunition, close to where SCP-XXXX was found and contained.

Recovery
SCP-XXXX was found in a abandoned ware house in ████████, Pennsylvania by local police and detained. Class-C amnestics were delivered delivered to the police force involved and SCP-XXXX and its gear were brought into Foundation custody.

Addendum-XXXX-A: Instances of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be terminated, as to prevent an epidemic. It is also the best decision because it is impossible to collect any samples for study even after termination, as their bodies turn to ash and disintegrate.

Addendum-XXXX-B: The infection SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-1 carries are now being called "Death's Rush" for the sake of archiving it easier.

SCP-XXXX: Can't be too hard to figure out, and judging by the situation I am currently in and the branded clothes you are wearing, I'm assuming you have captured me due to "witchcraft".
Researcher █████: Witchcraft?
SCP-XXXX: Ah, thought I wasn't near home. Where are we now?
Researcher █████: I cannot tell you.
[At this point SCP-XXX begins to show his manipulation property and attempts to brainwash the Researcher]
SCP-XXXX: But why not? You have always trusted me. I remember you when you were a child. So young, so innocent, so spirited.
Researcher █████: No, I believe you have me for the wrong person. I will not give the location
[SCP-XXXX reacts violently and attacks researcher1]

[Sounds of gunshots and swords slashes are heard soon after]

Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX Seems to be very dangerous. We will need to monitor it remotely and increase security. But I feel it wasn't at fault entirely for its attack. Most likely a natural reaction. I'll monitor it to see if my hypothesis is correct. -Dr. Hollow

Requests for upgrade to Thaumiel class[DENIED]

It has come to my attention that some of you have requested an upgrade to Thaumiel. Yes, I do see how effective SCP-XXXX is and has been in the past and how helpful it tries to be. But due to SCP-XXXX's personality shifts, it would be impossible to send it out on missions without it turning on personnel. Until it has completely suppressed or gotten rid of the personality shifts, it will still be contained and classed as Euclid. I would also like to remind security staff assigned to its chamber that SCP-XXXX can manipulate you under its command, voluntarily or not. Make sure to keep at least 5 meters away from it at all times. -Dr. Hollow
