Special Containment Procedures: SCP 4XXX is kept in a locker, located within the Warehouse For Neutralized Anomalies, on Site ███. Previous Containment Procedures are to be executed immediately should SCP 4XXX become active once more.
Description: SCP 4XXX is a Huawei ETS5623 GSM desk telephone manufactured and distributed in the early 2010's. In spite of its good preservation, SCP 4XXX is non-functional outside of its anomalous event (hereafter referred to as SCP XXXX-1).
SCP 4XXX-1 occurs on the third day of each month, at 3:00 Central Standart Time. During the event, SCP 4XXX will briefly become functional and ring until answered. If SCP 4XXX is not answered in the following 30 seconds, it will cease ringing and commence again the day after, at the same time, until it is answered. SCP 4XXX-1 initiates once a subject answers the call. Immediately after, a human female voice (henceforth be referred to as SCP 4XXX-2) will introduce itself by the name of Angel, a delivery manager of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd.
SCP 4XXX-2 states that the company mistakenly sent the wrong package to the receiver, and will offer her services in order to compensate for this error. However, instead of citing the refund policies of the company, SCP 4XXX-2 will offer the receiver another product of their choosing as compensation for their defective unit. Upon stating the product granted, SCP 4XXX-2 will then state the approximate time of delivery before terminating the conversation. In 90% of all manifestations, the requested product appears via anomalous means, and SCP 4XXX-1 expires.

Incident 4XXX-2 IB: An Information Breach occurred during one of the earliest reccords of SCP 4XXX
Attempted Retrieval (Operation Hotline): Prior to containment, multiple reports of a ''missing factory'' arrived to the Foundation, Agent █████ was shortly after dispatched to the location. The █ km2 area was previously a . Agent █████ conducted an investigation in collaboration of [REDACTED], with the intention to locate a female worker of the company that accurately matches SCP 4XXX-2's traits, and possibly track down the entity itself. Approximately 9 Huawei Investigation and Development centers were searched and 4,519 female employees were taken into Foundation custody and interrogated by agents. After none of the interviewed female suspects showed any aspect of SCP 4XXX-2, Agent █████ ordered the administration of Class B Ammnestics to all detained subjects before the release, before subsequently ending the operation.
NEW DIRECTIVE - 04/██/2017
By order of The Foundation's Committee of Task Forces, Operation Hotline is no longer deemed necessary as of 03/██/2017. The reasons are as follow: ''As of date, SCP 4XXX-1 still manifests even after having well over 5,000 suspects in custody. Furthermore, intensive observation and monitorization of the sites in which SCP 4XXX-2 supposedly resides during SCP 4XXX-1 do not reveal the entity's current location. This Operation is getting exponentially more expensive by each month, at the cost of redundant or overall lack of concrete answers.''
That being said, everyone may now proceed with the MTF Deactivation Procedures. As for myself, I'll report to Site ███'s Director, and see what follows after that. I assure our efforts will not be in vain, expect better a better paycheck by the end of the month.
