The only photo of SCP-XXXX left after Event XXXX-11.

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: At the time it is unknown how to contain SCP-XXXX as it somehow managed to escape its cell and delete all footage of its containment in our databanks.
SCP-XXXX was locked in a standard D-class personnel cell, where after approximately 24 hours of containment, a failsafe was activated by SCP-XXXX-1, which made it return to SCP-XXXX allowing its escape. Containment procedures so that incident XXXX-11 may not happen again were suggested by Dr. Oliver, and are as it follows: SCP-XXXX must be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell, every 23 hours, the cell is to be flooded with somnolent gas, after the gas has dispersed and SCP-XXXX is unconscious, an agent is to step inside and retrieve SCP-XXXX-1.1

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid closely resembling a young asian woman identifying itself as "Blake". SCP-XXXX is able to heal all wounds sustained and reanimating after death, as well as mantaining the appearance of an individual approximately 23 years of age despite the long periods of time between sightings.

SCP-XXXX was first discovered in █████, ███ ██████, █████ on 03/25/1996 when it aided several Foundation agents in a failed recovery mission to capture [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX performed basic first aid on all wounded agents and led them to a safe zone, after which it disappeared without a trace, leaving on the pocket of Agent Olsen a fake calling card with a written message on its back. [See Document XXXX-03.]

There have been several sightings of SCP-XXXX since Event XXXX-01, most notably in a containment breach at Site-42, where it aided Dr. Fletcher, locking both of them in Site-42's control room. [See Event Log XXXX-03.]

The anomalous nature of SCP-XXXX was discovered in Operation [DATA EXPUNGED], in which Chaos Insurgency operatives ambushed Foundation forces by leaking false information about a possible anomaly which had already been contained by them. [See Event Log XXXX-05.]

Its abilities were briefly studied after it's capture in Operation Stingray when the Foundation was able to retain it for 25 hours before its escape. [See Event Log XXXX-10]. During its imprisonment, several interviews were conducted. [See documents XXXX-01 and XXXX-02]. Since its escape from containment, the sightings became more scarce, and any further containment attempts have been unsuccessful.
SCP-XXXX is in the possession of SCP-XXXX-01 and SCP-XXXX-02.

SCP-XXXX-01 seems to be a matter transportation device with the appearance of a Blackview BV9000 Pro, with a label on it's back reading "K-8".

SCP-XXXX-02 is an olive-colored utility belt always worn by SCP-XXXX, most of its pouches are filled with spare parts from industrial machinery. Neither the contents of SCP-XXXX-02 or SCP-XXXX-02 itself seem to be anomalous.
