SCP-XXXX during its active state, along with several instances of SCP-XXXX-A
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the immovable nature of SCP-XXXX, a 2 kilometer perimeter is set in place around SCP-XXXX. No less than 50 personnel dressed as National Park Service Rangers are to be stationed on the perimeter surrounding SCP-XXXX to prevent unauthorized civilian access, under the guise that the area is unsafe for recreational purposes. All personnel working within 50 meters of SCP-XXXX are to be dressed as National Park Service Law Enforcement officers at all times, to avoid unintentional activation of SCP-XXXX. All personnel assigned to SCP-XXXX are to read Document-XXXX-A to prepare for the potential event of a SCP-XXXX-B instance exiting the area surrounding SCP-XXXX. All inscriptions created by SCP-XXXX-3 are to be recorded.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a waterfall located in Catoctin National Mountain Park. SCP-XXXX is approximately 30 meters tall and is not connected to any sources of water, with water manifesting approximately 10 meters from the top of SCP-XXXX and demanifesting approximately 10 meters after passing SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX is usually inactive, however it will activate under certain conditions: It is 2:43 in EST, or an individual not dressed as a National Park Service Law Enforcement officer enters within a 50 meter range of SCP-XXXX.
Several instances of SCP-XXXX-A
Upon activation of SCP-XXXX, 10-12 instances of SCP-XXXX-A will manifest at various points at the bottom of SCP-XXXX. Instances appear to be children between 13 and 18 years of age, dressed in winter clothing. Instances of SCP-XXXX-A will climb onto SCP-XXXX and seem to show signs of happiness. Along with SCP-XXXX-A instances, SCP-XXXX-3 will manifest, usually close to SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-3 is motionless and shows signs of fear and sadness.
After 10 to 20 minutes, SCP-XXXX-3 will, in approximately 50% of all cases, inscribe a message onto SCP-XXXX-1. This is done using a stone, and leaves unusually bright markings onto SCP-XXXX-1. Several instances of SCP-XXXX-B will then exit SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-B instances resemble military soldiers, and are equipped with a gas mask. Instances of SCP-XXXX-A begin showing signs of fear, often attempting to run towards SCP-XXXX-3. SCP-XXXX-B instances then walk towards SCP-XXXX-A instances. Upon physical contact with SCP-XXXX-A instances, SCP-XXXX-A instances collapse, shortly before manifesting. SCP-XXXX-B instances retreat into SCP-XXXX-2, whereupon SCP-XXXX-3 demanifests, ending the active state of SCP-XXXX.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be stored in a standard Safe Object Containment Locker in the Light Containment Wing of Site 14. At least five Animal Observation Cells must be designated before testing with SCP-XXXX to allow for the accommodation of SCP-XXXX-A instances.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a adult sized dress composed entirely out of waste materials, such as scrap metal, plastic wrappers, and cardboard. The materials in the dress are held together via various screws and other connecting materials. Despite the materials SCP-XXXX is made of, SCP-XXXX has similar flexibility to cloth, being easily bendable.
When worn, the wearer of SCP-XXXX (hereby referred to as SCP-XXXX-1) will be able to convert masses of waste into SCP-XXXX-A instances. SCP-XXXX-A instances resemble small animals such as rabbits, small birds, and squirrels. SCP-XXXX-A instances appear to be sentient, and behave similarly to their non-anomalous counterparts.
SCP-XXXX-A instances show signs of attachment towards SCP-XXXX-1, often searching for waste to bring to SCP-XXXX-1. Emotional attachment between SCP-XXXX-A instances and SCP-XXXX-1 persists after the removal of SCP-XXXX. Such reactions do not occur when presented with SCP-XXXX-1 which is not the creator of the specific SCP-XXXX-A instance.
Approximately once every week, the mass of SCP-XXXX-A instances will decrease by 5%, whereupon SCP-XXXX-1 will become aware of the SCP-XXXX-A instances state, and will be able to provide the instance with waste material, restoring the SCP-XXXX-A instance to its initial state when consumed. When not provided with such materials, SCP-XXXX-A instances will shrink by an additional 5%, and begin to emit high pitched vocalizations directed at SCP-XXXX-1. After one additional week, the instance will cease movement and begin to emit a scent similar to that of decaying meat. A similar process occurs during the terminal form of feeding procedures, though at an increased intensity and rate.
After three weeks of continued feeding, the materials required to sustain an SCP-XXXX-A instance will change (Note: The materials required eventually become constant). SCP-XXXX-1 will become aware of this change and the new material. For the feeding process to be successful, the material provided must be considered by SCP-XXXX-1 to be of less value than the SCP-XXXX-A instance, and thus cannot be performed by intimidation or other forced methods.

Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX are to be stored in an opaque container within a Standard Security Locker in the Light Containment Zone of Site 19. No visual contact with SCP-XXXX is permitted apart from testing procedures. Testing has been barred as of Incident XXXX-A.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a set of ███ paper baseball cards. SCP-XXXX instances on average are 6.4 centimeters by 8.9 centimeters, and approximately 4 grams heavier than expected for their size and materials. Prior to activation, in the place in which an image of the baseball player would typically be, an image of a baseball diamond is present. In all other regards, SCP-XXXX instances
Upon visual contact with an inactivated SCP-XXXX instance, in the place of the image of a baseball diamond, an image of the individual which viewed the instance wearing a baseball uniform will appear. The image will usually depict the individual participating in various activities that one would perform while playing baseball, such as pitching, catching, and swinging. After this process, SCP-XXXX instances are rendered inert and non-anomalous.
Incident XXXX-A:
On 3/7/1914, prior to complete understanding of SCP-XXXX's anomolous properties, Dr. Ruth was accidentally exposed to an instance of SCP-XXXX (Specifically SCP-XXXX-63) due to failing to follow proper procedure for safely handling anomalous objects with unknown properties.
Due to Dr. Ruth's exposure to SCP-XXXX, an additional property was observed. All individuals not standing within close proximity to a Scranton Reality Anchor (Including Dr. Ruth) believed that Dr. Ruth, was, rather than a Foundation Researcher, a professional baseball player. All physical evidence to the contrary appeared to have been removed or modified in some way by SCP-XXXX, such as footage of Dr. Ruth participating in baseball games that he was not participating in originally. Dr. Ruth was amnestisized, removed from Site-19, and test restrictions were put in place to prevent full knowledge on the amount of players that could have been affected by SCP-XXXX

Item Number: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently uncontained (See Discovery Log), however Special Containment Procedures have been drafted for SCP-XXXX.
The code containing SCP-XXXX is stored on the standard 16GB USB drive it was recovered in, contained within a standard security locker in the [UNDETERMINED] wing of Site-[UNDETERMINED]. All testing must be approved by the Site Director, currently [UNDETERMINED].
Description: SCP-XXXX is an approximately 17GB executable file originally recovered on a 16GB USB drive. The program is runnable regardless of the operating system, or type of device, as long as the drive containing SCP-XXXX is inserted into a USB port on said device.
When SCP-XXXX is run, a functional AI capable of passing the Turing Test will be integrated directly into the device, even if the device is incapable of handling the processing power required for such a task. More reliable information on SCP-XXXX is currently unavailable due to the Foundations lack of possession of SCP-XXXX (See Discovery Log).
Discovery: SCP-XXXX was originally discovered after the recovery of a product list from the GOI MC&D. During a routine auction on 3/1/1999, Foundation agents embedded in the auction were unsuccessful at obtaining SCP-XXXX. However, Agent Tompkins reported the presence of an individual similar in appearance to head MC&D researcher, Dr. Watkins.

Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: All instances of SCP-XXXX-A are to be stored in standard security locker in the Light Containment Wing of Site-19. No access is permitted to prevent accidental waste of Foundation resources. SCP-XXXX is currently uncontained, and containment is currently considered a moderate level priority. A small subset of Mobile Task Force Mu-3 ("Highest Bidders") is responsible for the location and subsequent containment of SCP-XXXX. Two members of GOI Marshal Carter & Dark have been recruited to aid in the containment of SCP-XXXX. A standard humanoid containment containment cell has been designated in preperation for SCP-XXXX's containment.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity resembling a male of approximately 25 years of age. SCP-XXXX's anomolous abilities involve its ability to instantaneously create perception affecting anomalies, referred to as SCP-XXXX-A instances. SCP-XXXX-A instances, when viewed, can appear as a wide variety of objects each seemingly having some sort of anomalous properties. However, standard methods of observing objects affected by perception bending anomalies allow for standard perception. If the anomalous effect was proven false (ie: an object that is intended to predict an event being proven wrong), an observer would claim that the anomalous properties still hold true.
An abbreviated list of SCP-XXXX-A instances is attached to this document below along with their perceived anomalous abilities.
| Instance of SCP-XXXX-A |
Perceived Object |
Perceived anomalous effect |
| SCP-XXXX-A-1 |
A loosely connected group of glass vials and beakers |
When a mass of any metal was introduced into SCP-XXXX-A-1, it would be converted into a equally sized mass of gold |
| SCP-XXXX-A-7 |
An iron cube with various lights, buttons, and dials |
When held, the object would provide a small piece of paper through a small slit showing the results of the stock market for a specific company for the next week |
| SCP-XXXX-A-32 |
A small bottle containing twenty-five red pills |
Upon consumption of one of the pills contained in SCP-XXXX-A-32, the individual that consumed the pill will believe that they have an increased ability to persuade others |
