Special Containment Procedures: At all times outside of testing, SCP-4273 must be contained in Level4 containment cuffs consisting of liquified tele-kill alloy you be programmed to inject when SCP-4273 attempts to move its hands or feet in a snap or stomping motion(presuming the upper and lower limbs of SCP-4273 can be considered arms). During a breach, depending on distance to another anomaly (Outside of 50km situation use A otherwise use situation B) use MTF equipped with Tele-kill bullets and should be ordered to A: Aim for one of SCP-4273’s limbs or B: Aim for SCP-4273 chest and not stop until it is confirmed motionless. D-class and researchers of SCP-4273 must not leave SCP-4273’s site until checked for properties of the SCP.

Description: SCP-4273 appears as an adolescent Caucasian male with black hair and purple tips. Regardless of prior clothing SCP-4273 will have a red marking resembling a red circled X. All attempts to remove the X have resulted in failure.

SCP-4273 is capable of stretching its body to unprecedented length as if it were a cartoon. In addition, it is able to live and move while its head is blown off by bullets. SCP-4273 has impeccable reaction speed and can avoid near any fire arms used against it. It has been confirmed that SCP-4273 has knowledge on over 350 SCPs recorded over the last decade. After an interview SCP-4273 said that this was because he “swallowed then memorized them”. Regardless of if this is true we cannot deny the fact that SCP-4273 must never leave the foundation, even if neutralized. Leaking of the information it possesses can lead to a foundation takeover by multiple governments.

When SCP-4273 is capable of altering its form at will and has tried to breach containment by disguising as site researchers or hiding itself inside a bag of a researcher for extended periods of time. Fortunately it can clearly be identified by its red X.

The left eye (which to avoid confusion will be referred to as SCP-4273A)of SCP-4273 can be used to cancel and/or copy anomalous abilities or any modified properties of any living or no living being that can use its ability at will. The eye appears to be turned on by either a snap or stomp of SCP-4273. Attempts at removal have resulted in failure. On its own SCP-4273 has destructive ability by throwing spheres it created it calls “MAGIC MURDER BALLS”. Its eye also seems to be a controller for living beings. It can (when activated) move them anywhere within ten meters of SCP-4273.

SCP-4373 is not immortal despite difficulties in its immediate destruction. When SCP-4273 is punctured with any green material (rusted, colored, etc.) it will be stunned by presumed pain. In addition a blow to its X mark will cause it to fall on its side scream as if it were a child. It is theorized that it’s X is the key to its death.

Addendum 1: Discovery of SCP-4273 was made on 12/30/██ by (and I’m being completely serious as I write this) it falling through the roof of Site 28. Reports of SCP-4273 running fairly quickly through the site and breaking open multiple containment units resulting in many casualties before its eventual capture. During this event SCP-4273 viewed the face of SCP-096. Afterward activating 096-1. SCP-4273 then used SCP-4273A. SCP 096 stood still for an unknown amount of minutes and then began to beat its own head against the wall and tear at its own flesh. SCP-4273 was numbered and then interrogated afterward about the incident.

Dr. Gates: SCP-4273 can you tell us why you ripped open containment of those SCPs and why or how you viewed SCP-096’s face

SCP-4273: By SCP-4273 you mean me, names Lok by the way and by 096 you mean the gangly [REDACTED] that tried to attack me
Dr. Gates: Yes, usually SCP-096 kills anyone that views its face and if I am correct, you are what made it try to kill itself.

SCP-4273: Um… I just turn on this eye of mine (uses SCP-4273A) and it just did that. I mean it’s not like I meant to make him try to kill himself. (Dr.Gates has become affected by SCP-4273A at this point. SCP-4273 starts to make more gestures than usual.
Dr. Gates: If you don’t mind SCP-4273, could you stop making so many gestures. I seem to be floating above the ground (Dr. Gates grunts after being hit into a wall)

SCP-4273: (sarcastically) Shoot. Sorry I’ll put you down.
[SCP-4273 moves Dr.Gates through a nearby wall, resulting in multiple breaks of her bones.
SCP-4273: Sorry Ms. but I read the files and I don’t want to be stuck in one place again.
