Special Containment Procedure: SCP-4734 is to be contained in a standard Secure humanoid Containment Cell. SCP-4734 must be cuffed and sedated before any attempts of transport and must be watched over by no fewer than 4 guards with AP ammo during transport. SCP-4734 must be secured with a class 3 humanoid restraint with chain-link restraints. these must not be removed during transport at all costs.
SCP-4734 is generally neutral and will not attempt to attack any of the foundation personnel, but upon agitation SCP-4734 must be immediately suppressed with the usage of Armor Piercing rounds (AP). if SCP-4734 is to escape from custody, nearby armories must be locked and search teams must be equipped with AP ammo. it is advised to take caution during the search on SCP-4734, as SCP-4734 can take foundation personnel down with tactics like ambush and hit-and-run. upon capture of SCP-4734, temporary containment procedures must be followed (see Temporary Containment Procedure)
SCP-4734 is allowed to have gun magazines inside its containment cell, and can be given a firearm with blank ammo for practice during wednesdays
Temporary Containment Procedures: SCP-4734 is to be restrained with metal chains and be placed in an Airlocked Steel room. Automated turrets must be placed on opposite sides of the room and heavily armed personnel must patrol the area. SCP-4734 must be always monitored in multiple angles during its temporary containment.
Description: SCP-4734 is an anomalous humanoid entity that often taking the form of either an FBI special operations soldier with an enclosed helmet or a modern Gas mask soldier with the height of 6 feet. both forms will have black smoke coming out of their bodies which only appear when SCP-4734 is agitated. SCP-4734s is believed to be made up of a carbon compound of some sort, which results into SCP-4734 being impervious to non-AP based ammo, such as small-arms fire. this is often seen as a rough, gray-colored, rock-like skin. this also included the armor, which was also covered with the same skin. attempts to remove the armor from SCP-4734s body have resulted in failure, and only was soon concluded that the armor itself, is part of SCP-4734, as it was seen once that the armor was no separate entity from SCP-4374. the armor did not exhibit any properties of the real ones, only retaining the bullet-proof coating of the entity.
Although looking human, SCP-4734 does not exhibit anything organic. it does not have bones, muscles, and organs whatsoever. it is purely made up of a carbon compound and is not a living object. (this has been noted to help search units detect this anomaly, as various teams has used thermal targeting and failed. SCP-4734 IS NOT A LIVING BEING, PLEASE STOP ASSUMING THAT SCP-4734 HAS A HEAT SIGNATURE)
SCP-4734 inhibits the ability to create telekinetic shocks and also has the ability to rapidly regenerate damaged or lost limbs if left alone for some time. it can also forcefully grow out knives or blades from its wrists
SCP-4734 also shows exceptional intelligence. it is known that SCP-4734 can speak fluent American English, but only telepathically. SCP-4734s intelligence is also displayed during several outbreaks, where it was able to steal and use the keycards to its advantage, and was even able to refine the cards with the usage of SCP-914. SCP-4734 is also known to use a variety of military tactics, and was able to use every single one of them during some of its escapes, some of which are ambush, blitzkrieg, pincer, and flanking. SCP-4734 is also seen having exceptional gunplay and knowledge on firearms, being able to understand them in a few seconds and wielding them with extreme efficiency.
SCP-4734 will sometimes help the foundation during containment breaches by fighting alongside the facility guards, and very rarely, the MTF. SCP-4734, however, is only allowed to help in breaches if it has exhibit stability for a span of 1 month and 2 weeks. this is often done to keep the entity calm at all times
some MTF units and high ranking personnel has requested the foundation to use SCP-4734 as a trainer for the cadets, but [DATA EXPUNGED] has prohibited this due to the lack of research on SCP-4734. the idea was soon shelved after [DATA EXPUNGED] resulting into SCP-4734 loosing the ability to talk
