Special Containment Procedures: Subject 4252 is to be given a weekly meal of [ EXPUNGED ]. Subject is to be given a containment room fitted with an aquatic space for cleanliness purposes due to its consistent production of matter [ EXPUNGED ].
Description: Subject 4252 is classified as Sentient. Weight averages at 112lbs. Height 5'6''. Estimated age to be 14 in human development. Possesses no signs of adolescent growth.
Subject is seen to resemble an albinoid humanoid male possessing unruly hair and a sparsely scarred body. When asked for further information on its scars, subject refuses to respond. Subject also possesses a pair (though the right growth has split off, the uppermost foot of length missing) of red cervid-type antlers, large segmented claws of the same color, and a small stubby tail. Tests show the red pigment present in antlers and claws is hemoglobin. Additional testing prove the material gathered from the harder extremities of Subject 4252 is indeed keratin over bone. Subject shows signs of tactile feeling in keratin extremities when in physical contact, sensing pressure, pain and temperature.
Although Subject 4252 lacks eyes, they seem to show no lack in spacial awareness or upset in circadian rhythm, though it expresses that it cannot see through normal means. (Additional tests must be scheduled to elaborate.) The empty eye sockets consistently produce a dark liquid matter that, after studies were performed, was found to be [ EXPUNGED ] The production of the fluid seems to cause them no physical harm, and does not cease unless subject is withheld necessary nutrition, under which condition it takes three (3) days to cease production.
Recontainment Procedures: 59 ml dart with formula of [ EXPUNGED ] may be used. Refrain from physical contact to avoid physical injury of staff or subject.
Addendums: Collection of material produced by Subject 4252 is prohibited unless done by personnel of class [ EXPUNGED ] or higher. Do not touch fluid without hazardous material protection to avoid physical harm.
Subject 4252 has shown to have the mental capacity akin to that of a 6 year human child. Subject is illiterate, apparently unable to read and hold a pencil, instead trying to use pages of a notepad provided during the test to produce sounds.
