Special Containment procedures.
SCP 21314 should be locked in a 50- foot by 50-foot by 50-foot room. This room should have a bed, a bathroom with a stall for privacy, a living room with a 50-inch TV, and a microwave with a mini-fridge housing microwave meals and soda. SCP 21314 should be able to roam the facility at all times unless a breach occurs. SCP 21314 is allowed to enter all areas that are level-4 and under with supervision from a Site director+.

Description
SCP 21314 is a normal human male 6-feet tall and is a bit overweight. SCP 21314 also likes to play videogames and watch TV. SCP 21314 is a man that knows everything. He helps the foundation learn how some SCP's work, and how to better contain them.

Dr. Hallard "Hello Josh"
SCP 21314 "Hello Hallard.Which SCP do you need help with today?"
Dr. Hallard "Actually I'm here to ask you a few questions, is that ok?"
SCP 21314 "Go ahead doc"
Dr. Hallard "How do you know everything?"
SCP 21314" Well it's hard to explain it's just when someone mentions it, I just know what's going to happen. It ruins movies for me.
Dr. Hallard "I'm sorry to interrupt, but can we keep this a serious conversation.
SCP 21314 "Sorry"
Dr. Hallard "It's ok, now please continue."
SCP 21314 "It also hurts to try and think about anything when someone doesn't mention anything.
Dr. Hallard "Odd…"
SCP 21314 "Also I know things I don't want to know."
Dr. Hallard "Like what?"
SCP 21314 "Before you guys took me I had a wife, her name was [REDACTED]. We were talking one day and she said to me "one day we will die, but before we do me and you will have the best life". Then I just knew when she was going to die, and how she was going to die. and it was the day after by a car crash with a semi-truck."
Dr. Hallard "I'm so sorry that happened"
SCP 21314 (starts to cry)
Dr. Hallard "Ill be going now"
