Output: A mobile phone of unknown brand, resembling an iPhone X. Shown to have significantly improved both memory and processing power. Additionally, the camera was capable of taking clear pictures up to 2 miles away, provided there are no walls in the way. When a picture was taken by Intern Roman, however, the image would always come out with human eyes of various colours on every avaliable surface. Stayed on for 24 hours before the battery died. Incinerated after it was discovered that the phone could not be recharged.

Note: Highly disappointing, that one. Not to mention creepy. The next test will be conducted by a D-Class, due to the inherent danger of a Very Fine test. -Intern Roman

this test is scheduled for far in the future, because it will have a tale associated with it, and will likely be the kick-off point for my first true 'project' (that i will attempt, of course. this project will merely be a precursor to my reality bender.) i need time to prepare and develop my skills until then. as soon as i believe myself to be at the required level for starting this project, everything associated with it will be moved into a seperate sandbox for ease of access and planning.

Output: A stopwatch. Completely useless due to the lack of any actual clockwork parts. An eye is engraved on the outside, currently closed.

Note: After the Very Fine test, the carved eye opened via anomalous means. Of note is that the pupil was (insert dilation here), consistent with focusing on something far in the distance.

Output: A plastic egg with a seam around the middle. Opening it up reveals a mold of an eye. Analysis has shown the eye to be an accurate mold of an eye with severe glaucoma, and also that it is capable of moving to observe its surroundings, despite presumably being 'blind'. Thrown in the incinerator at Intern Roman's request.

Note: More eyes?! This time, I'm going to focus on having the output be anything other than something eye-related. Think of this as a perception test. - Intern Roman

Input: The last egg timer.
Setting: Very Fine
Output: An egg timer that can only be set to intervals of twelve. An egg timer that is carved with a pointed fractal. The fractal presumably continues down to microscopic levels. An egg timer that, when set, shows an engraving of the name of the person who set it on the back. When the timer hit zero, a number of things happened: A long crack appeared anomalously in the middle of the timer, rendering it useless, and Intern Roman fell to the floor, showing signs of severe mental and emotional distress. After being removed from the room, he revealed that when the timer on the output reached zero, he was given memories of the lives of around fourteen (though Intern Roman stated a tendency towards short-term memory loss, so the final count is uncertain.) other 'versions' of him. He was asked to detail these accounts, and when it was revealed that he had discovered a great deal of classified information, he was immediately amnesticized. He has been given two-week psychological leave and released to Dr. Veritas for deliberation of any punishment.

Note: I don't understand… Plenty of others had done experiments with similar objects and gotten nearly mundane results, even on Very Fine tests. - Intern Roman
