Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX should be contained in a room with nothing but hay covering the floor completely. This is both where SCP-XXXX will rest and the organism's food. The cell holding the organism should have a reinforced door and no windows. If containment is done correctly, SCP-XXXX is not as deadly as it potentially could be.

SCP-XXXX's containment should be cleaned and refilled with hay once every month. When this procedure starts, SCP-XXXX should be removed beforehand, as it is highly aggressive and territorial, and will attack with the intent to kill. The organism should be given a large dose of anesthesia before transferring it to a temporary containment unit.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid creature which walks on its arm and legs. It has so many similarities with modern day humans, it may once have been one, or is a relative of the neanderthal. The organism almost completely lacks a face, with its nose, ears, and eyes missing. The only part of its face still there, is its mouth which is completely intact. SCP-XXXX is also devoid of any gender-defining bodyparts.

Though SCP-XXXX is completely blind and deaf, it can sense everything within 150 feet of its location. The organism has been reported attempting to break down the door with extreme strength when personnel is within the 150 feet proximity. This is unavoidable and should be accustomed to by all personnel.

Though it seems SCP-XXXX is an unintelligent organism, it seems to be able to recognize objects or words it has been exposed to before. Earlier this year, personnel walking within 150 feet of it, mentioned its item number, XXXX. SCP-XXXX almost immediately took notice of this and became unprecedentedly aggressive. Even though it was impossible it could have known this was it's "name", it somehow still knew they were referring to it.

SCP-XXXX's first containment unit was a small room with everything required and a window. Shortly after it was placed in the cell it easily broke the window and subsequently killed dr. ██████ and prof. ████████ within 25 seconds of climbing through the window. If the names of the deceased personnel killed by this organism, it will begin attempting to break out exactly as when its item number was said.

SCP-XXXX's diet consists exclusively of hay, due to its strength. If it was given any food with more nutrients, it could become so strong it would be able to break down the reinforced door.
