Special Containment Procedures: Due to its ability to appear anywhere, SCP-4698 cannot be contained, however instances of SCP-4698-1 can. At all times, personnel interacting with SCP-4698-1 and SCP-4698-2 must keep a distance of 1.5 meters with the object.
Instances of SCP-4698-1 however are containable and at times some have been contained at site-[REDACTED] in a 5m x 5m x 5m room which is to be monitored by four (4) cameras at all times. At any moment at least 1 (one) class-D personnel must view the footage of the four cameras of SCP-4698-1's containment and observe SCP-4698-1. The Class-D personnel viewing SCP-4698-1 is to be switched at intervals of 8 hours. The recently dismissed Class-D personnel must thereafter be debriefed before being given amnestics and returning to required duty. At no time may audio be recorded in the containment room due to [REDACTED] unless authorized by foundation personnel holding level 5 clearance for interview purposes.
Description : SCP-4698 refers to an entity that manifests itself in human beings usually inside individuals with positions of power involving the judicial and carceral systems such as attorneys, constables, and judges. When affected by SCP-4698, these individuals become known as SCP-4698-1. When taken by the anomaly1, the subject can and will develop at least one (1) of the following symptoms : dementia, saddistic tendencies, psycoptahic/sociopathic tendencies, compulsions to kill, a [REDACTED] fetish, and/or an obsession with narcotics.2. During the first month of contamination, SCP-4698-1's public personnality will not have deviated. Despite that, SCP-4698 infestation of the subject can still rarely manifest through intense anger in the subject.
After the first month, SCP-4698-1 will inevitably act on those pulsations, while still looking unchanged by those around him. SCP-4698's anomalous properties have so far helped SCP-4698-1's ability to hide their crimes by seemingly influencing those investigating the latter to ignore any evidence leading to SCP-4698-13. The subject will then continue to commit crimes based on their pulsions, until one of two events occur.
