Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-9999 is to be kept in a 10x10x10x10 mm containment cell at Area - 14. Any personnel below Level 4 seen interacting with SCP-9999 is to be terminated.

Description:

SCP-9999 is a large, humanoid creature about 8 feet tall. SCP-9999's abilities are infinite, meaning all SCPs it's surrounded by, that has traits, are "given" to SCP-9999.

Addendum: 9999-1

Class-D 1179 was put into SCP-9999s containment cell. For about 10 minutes SCP-9999 did nothing. But suddenly SCP-9999 reacted and swallowed Class-D 1179 entire body whole.

Note: O5 Command has forbidden any other tests to be conducted on SCP-9999.

Addendum: 9999-2

Area Director, Dr. [REDACTED] orders a test to be conducted on SCP-9999 after the O5 Command forbidden it. Dr. [REDACTED] disobeys this order and tells Class-D 7548 to enter SCP-9999s chamber. SCP-9999 then again, does nothing for 10 minutes. Then suddenly, SCP-9999 seems to have been "given" SCP-096s "trait" and tears Class-D 7548s entire body apart, and then eats the body and what was apart of the body.

Note: O5 Command was alerted of this test and sent MTF Alpha-1 to terminate Dr. [REDACTED]. This is when O5 Command issued SCP-9999 as thuamiel.¹
