Special Containment Procedures: The object is to be contained in a 15x15 box of 1 inch regular glass with a side that can slide open with a code only given to personal with level 4 security clearance The object is to be contained in a 15x15 box 4inch bulletproof glass, with no less than 4 live camperas being watch by at least 2 security personal. The only way to open the containment should be láser cutting the box open and should only be done with a 05 member permission.
Description: The coin is a 1inch in radius 0.1inch hight coin made of 100% Gold it has no clear markings a part from a cross in one side of the coin and a face with the appearance of Dolly patrón in the other.
If the coin is trown at the same time one says a possition of leadership and a target person (if no target is said the coin will target the user) the coin effects activate,if the coin falls with the face up, the person said will inmediatly be granted that position, this effect seems to work diferently depending on the position, if the coin where to fall in cross the target will never be able to get in that position, this effect also seems to work diferently depending on the position. The leadership coin was noticed by the foundation when Dr bates was having a vacation in argentina and when asking a bartender he discovered that, Manuel ████ of age 9 was mayor of the city █████ in ████████ Argentina, leader of his boyscout group and director of his school. When questioned nor the bartender nor anyone in the city knew when, how or why Manuel was mayor but seemed to like him in that position and all said he was a great leader. After calling the foundation the coin was retrieved, amnestic where given and false memorys where planted and all paper files in the city from ██/█/19██ to ██/██/19██ where destroyed.
