Containment Procedures: SCP-4159 is at all times to be in a Standard Issue Humaniod Containment Cell modifies with one metal framed bed with no sheets and a Walk in closet with clothing inside it. The cell is to have three infrared cameras and three Standard Issue camera that are manned at all times. No one is to be able to access SCP-4159 unless authorized by Dr. Evans. Two guards are to be present at the entrance of the Containment Cell at all times with shifts every four hours. The lights are never to be turned of in SCP-4159’s Celll unless needed for testing. Any repairs That are to be done by Class D personnel. If a breach were to occur then Task Force [None at this time] we’re to go after SCP-4159. SCP-4159 is to be kept at Site-[Not chosen yet] and if needed moved to Site-[Not chosen yet].
Discription: SCP-4159 is a humanoid figure with his body unable to be seen due to being all black. The only visible features are SCP-4159’s outline, Teeth, and eyes. SCP-4159’s eyes all completely white. SCP-4159 has teeth are three inches long and also has a jaw that open as far as 1 1/2 feet wide. SCP-4159 has the ability to materialize a 4 foot spear whenever it chooses to. SCP-4159 hunts humans around the age of five to 20 but will also hunt other ages if needed.
Addendum: SCP-4159 Also tends to hide in the provided closet or under the bed in it’s cell. When a Class D personnel is put inside SCP-4159’s Cell, their heart rate increases and they appear stressed out and are scared of the lights being turned off. When told to lay down on the bed they tend to always check under the bed before laying on it and find nothing under it. If SCP-4159 were to be hiding under the bed they would be unable to see SCP-4159 when looking under the bed despite infrared cameras confirming that SCP-4159 is under the bed. When the lights are turned off and five minutes pass SCP-4159 will either exit the closet or come out from under the bed. SCP-4159 will then stand at the side of the bed staring at the subject until he looks at SCP-4159 or makes noise. Once this occurs SCP-4159 will either pick up the subject and tear the subject apart or materialize a spear and throw the subject in the air and landing the subject on the tip of the spear. SCP-4159 will then eat the subject in an aggressive manor. On certain occasions SCP-4159 will stay under the bed until it materializes a spear. It will the take the spear and stab it through the bed and bed and impale the subject through its back.

Purpose: To observe hunting style of SCP-4159 with Dr.[No name yet] to overwatch Test.
Test Subject: Test Subject Jacob Robins is a convicted terrorist and a former exocutioner who killed over 500 innocent people.

Test Subject enter Cell. Heart rate increases.
Dr.[No Name]:”Please wall over to the closet and open it.”
Test subject opens closet and looks inside.
Subject: “Nothing inside now what?”
Dr.[No name]: “Lay on the bed.”
Test subject checks under bed but finds nothing and then lays down.
Dr.[No name]: “Turn off the lights.”
Subject: “Nope.”
Dr.[No Name]: “NOW!”
Subject: “Okay just calm your bitch ass mouth.”
Test Subject turns off lights. Subject closes eyes and opens them from the opening of the closet door.
Subject: “Oh shit…”
**Dr.[No Name]: “What do you see?”
Subject: WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING HOLY” - Screaming-
Test Subject is torn apart by SCP-4159 and eaten aggressively. SCP-4159 goes back in closet.
Results and Conclusion: SCP-4159 is extremely dangerous and must be given a pig to eat every 3 weeks. Any change in feeding schedule is to be overlooked by Dr.[No Name]. SCP-4159 Is a very aggressive killer and is a threat to humanity. It’s termination will be scheduled when possible.
