Night Lite

• Location: Site 93

• Description: Takes form of a cheap night light, but when powered on creates a nights sky within a mile radius. This object also lowers the temp of the air to -900 degrees Celsius. This object was found at a thrift store in the Midwestern town of [REDACTED] in 1978. It is kept in site 93 to prevent another catastrophic containment breech. [Note Dr.Bright is no longer allowed give SCP-998 to D-class personnel.)To prevent this from happening It is kept in a heated room.

• Use to foundation: Useful tool for experiments relating to time of day and extremely low temperatures.

• Additional notes: personnel who live long term exposure refer to it as Mr. Night. It is unclear if it is just mental instability or low level sentience and telepathy.
