Special Containment Procedures:
Personnel Level 4 Or Higher Are Permitted To Enter SCP-####’s Containment Cell, If Authorized To Do so. All interactions with SCP-#### are to be taken seriously. At no circumstance will a staff member come in to direct contact with SCP-####. If at any moment an accident occurs in the containment cell, all staff are to immediately evacuate the cell and undergo lock-down procedure beta 4.
Any staff who has come into direct contact with SCP-#### must immediately be carried out by another staff member while 3 or more staff monitor the being within containment.
All personnel must at all times wear a reflective suit before entering the containment cell. Any faculty within the cell are to move at very slow pace to avoid detection if SCP-#### is facing their direction. SCP-#### will be less hostile if it sees its reflection. Again it is very important not to come in direct contact with SCP-####, the chemical it produces will put one unconscious for extended amounts of time, or even cause death.
Description:
SCP-#### is approximately 2.5meters in length, with dark hollow eyes, it will kill if provoked, but most times will put you in a “Living Nightmare” causing anyone who comes in contact with SCP-#### into a state of unconsciousness, some who have survived the nightmare recall having to escape a giant mansion or forest of some sort while being pursued by SCP-#### and the ones who don't survive go into intense shock and their minds melt due to a reaction from the chemical traveling to the brain, no know medical treatment can stop this from happening, it must be played out. Any subject who survives an encounter on site are to immediately be taken to quarantine and a [--Data Missing-] for medical treatment and secured under level 1 quarantine. Reflective material in rooms keeps SCP-#### calm during, it apparently likes seeing its reflection and finds it interesting, some days it stares at it's reflection for hours at a time making it easier for staff to maintain it's containment, but anything outside of its reflection is killed or forced into it’s living nightmare, that is why staff or faculty members must blend in with the room to trick SCP-#### into thinking that they are just part of the room. It has a deafening scream if provoked, it hunts for sport according to one who witnessed it’s destruction at a low level security site before transfer. According to them SCP-#### killed 5 SCPs and 23 staff members after breaching containment. About a month later it was found inside an abandoned house staring at itself in a broken mirror. SCP-#### is an aggressive being, there is currently no way to communicate with it, the only sounds it makes are deep grunting sounds and the occasional screech but that’s usually when it’s hungry. The creature can consume almost anything 4 times its size. It is almost always alert, but can be passive if left alone, any attempt to reason with this being will fail horribly, but it will cooperate with faculty members it trusts. If SCP-#### trusts a certain faculty member it does not mean that they should let their guard down for any moment. SCP-####’s behavior is erratic and changes during the day, but it is always aggressive, the trusted faculty member should not be in arms reach of SCP-####, it is highly recommended not to even be in the same room with it, unless you are wearing a reflective suit. SCP-#### is highly intelligent and can sense you before you enter the room if it knows you. Don’t be fooled by its friendly behavior if it “trusts” you, because most cases it doesn't, it is just hungry. SCP-#### does like to show off it’s talents, or abilities when given the chance, for instance being able to teleport objects, but it can only teleport objects to short distances. It can teleport itself but it struggles to do so theoretically because of its size. Some computers nearby SCP-#### have reported going haywire, newer computers are immune. According to a few anonymous eye witnesses, SCP-#### can rip though things like a piece of paper, that was later debunked due to further testing for it seems to be impossible proven from a deleted incident report.

Addendum ####-01: SCP-#### seems to have a special bond with one of our faculty according to Dr. Smithson. It’s almost as if it senses Dr. ███████ walk by it’s containment cell every morning.
Addendum ####-02: SCP-#### keeps staring into the camera. It knows it’s being watched.
Addendum ####-03: Request 2887-175-e has been granted. SCP-#### has dismantled camera 1 and 2, parts of both cameras were found in the security room.
Addendum ####-04: Despite the last test, Dr. Smithson has requested to do some more testing and possibly communicate with SCP-####.
Addendum ####-05: Request ####-307-s was denied, later confirmed it was SCP-#### "showing off."
Incident Report ####-01: On 01/06/20██, approximately 08:00, five staff members were assigned for the regular monthly maintenance check on SCP-####’s containment cell. Out of all the monthly maintenance checks there hasn’t been one issue with SCP-#### until now. One of the staff members had apparently tripped on the containment cell door knocking their reflective helmet off causing it to roll toward SCP-####, unaware of the situation SCP-#### tripped on the helmet, after it got up it [Data Expunged] it then proceeded to attack the staff member in the doorway. Until further notice containment cell #### is to remain on lockdown.
Incident Report ####-02: On 02/06/20██, approximately 08:00, five more staff members were to do a routine monthly maintenance check on SCP-####’s containment cell, this time both staff and SCP-#### were on high alert. Four security guards posted outside the containment cell and two within, while the staff members were doing their check, SCP-#### go a little too close for comfort to staff member S-67, it examined their reflective material. Staff member S-67 was completely unaware until they turned around and instantly screamed, SCP-#### threw staff member S-67 against the wall opposite to where they were working, while the other staff were evacuating, SCP-#### produced a loud high pitched scream that horrifically [Data Expunged]. Routine for regular monthly maintenance checks have been extended until further notice.
Incident Report ####-03: On 04/22/20██, approximately 15:06, Dr. Smithson’s theory was incorrect, SCP-#### did not have any bond with Dr. ███████ as soon as she entered containment it swepted her up and and threw her on the ground like a rag doll. It then went up to her and placed its hand on her face and walked away from her. Dr. Smithson was completely dumbfounded by what he discovered. Dr. ███████ is expected to recover physically but whatever SCP-#### did to her caused her to go into a coma, but her brain scans are those of a normal person who is awake and aware.
Incident Report ####-04: On 05/15/20██, approximately 07:30, SCP-#### has been undergoing some cooperative tests with Dr. Smithson. It seems to like him, it has also shown some miraculous abilities. Dr. Smithson gave it a cup and told it to move the cup across the room, the cup warped out of sight and reappeared across the room. Dr. Smithson then gave it his pen and told it to move the pen out of his hand and onto the floor, it did just that except SCP-#### did not put it on the floor but into the chest of one of the guards outside the containment cell. The guard did not survive, the pen was recovered from the guards heart.
Staff Log Reclaimed ####-01: It’s true, all of it! The damn thing it.. It came out of it’s containment cell by going through the wall. I don’t know how, I was with two other staff members [Data Expunged] it warped the wall and walked right out, giving us a big toothy grin before ripping through one of the staff, it spoke, it said [Data Erased] home! I ran away, I still see it’s black sunken eyes giving me that grin and it ripped that man in half! I..I can’t…
