====DESCRIPTION
SCP-5119, also know as Lizzbeth, is a humanoid interdimensional being. 5119 appears to be a young girl, aged 7-10, and roughly 3 meter tall. 5119 has frequent homicidal episodes, being responsible for nearly 200,632 deaths. All episodes seem to correspond with Manic episodes uncontained.
5119 appears to have complete memory loss of all episodes that result in 5119 committing homicide. From 5/12/2856 to 11/18/1234, 5119 had been put through therapy in attempt to bring back memories suppressed. Hypnosis has been attempted alongside and on its own as well. All attempts have proven fruitless.
5119 presents sensitive to death. Any and all mentions of trigger panic attacks and attempts of harm to personal and self. All attempts are to be disrupted with a mild sedative.
Addendum: 5119 has seem to have inhabited Lizzbeths body. All homicidal episodes are result of 5119 taking control over Lizzbeth. 5119 has made the body incapable of decay.
====CONTAINMENT PROCEDURE
5119 is to be kept in a 4 meter by 4 meter by 5 meter room. All walls are to have a steal coating of no less than 2 inches. The room must be continuously monitored by camera. 5119s containment room should always be kept at a stable 17 degrees celsius.
5119 is to be given books, a phone, computer, and TV, all with access to the internet, collared pencils and pens, Paper, and gummy bears. 5119 is to be given any meal wanted at the time and with speed.
5119 must be given breakfast at exactly 8:30, lunch at 2:00, dinner at 8:30 and Snack at 10:00. Any irregularity or failure to meet requests will result in the murder of the agent who is assigned the task of bringing meals.
If 5119 requests an education at any point, you must give it knowledge up to that of 7th grade standard. If knowledge past that is requested by 5119, The agent put in the position of educator must kindly explain that education does not go farther than that.
5119 will only ever converse with Dr. Nightloke. Any interrogations with any other doctor will result in 5119 not speaking.
No violence is to be used on 5119. It is imperative that only sedatives are used in dire situations.
