Special Containment Procedures: The object is currently stored in a locked room in sector ██, at site ██. Entry into the objects chamber requires level 2 4 security clearance to prevent misuse (see addendum XXXX-1 for details). No other special containment conditions appear to be required for the object.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a small plastic can which currently contains thirty (30) dark blue pills. A slip of white paper is taped onto the can. The words "DR DOPES HAPPY PILLS" appear to be rather hastily drawn on the paper in black permanent marker. Inside the can is another slip of paper reading "ONE PILL = FEEL GOOD TWO PILLS = HORRIFIC PAINFUL DEATH" in the same poor handwriting as the label on the front of of the can.
A single pill, when taken orally, causes subjects to experience an immediate sense of euphoria. This euphoria can last up to several hours, but most commonly lasts roughly ten minutes. When more than one pill is taken less than 24 hours after the first, the subject will experience immediate negative effects. Subjects will begin vomiting in excessive amounts. A minute after the vomiting starts, the subject will also begin bleeding from the eyes, usually after ten minutes of experiencing negative effects, though these effects have been observed to last as long as 48 hours, the subject will finally die from cardiac arrest.
Despite efforts, attempts to synthesize the active ingredients in the pills have resulted in failure.
Addendum XXXX-1: Dr. ████ was found dead in his office with the can of SCP-XXXX in his hand on █/██/20██. As a result of this incident, access to SCP-XXXX now now requires level 4 security clearance to prevent further fatalities.
