Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to at all times use its own method to hide its anomalous features. If at any time the Foundation is notified that SCP-XXXX has revealed its features to non-foundation personnel, a team of 5 plain clothes agents are to be dispatched and administer class-b amnestics to anyone that knows of SCP-XXXX features. SCP-XXXX is to be returned to Site-██ and lectured on why it cannot reveal any of its features.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian male, approximately ██ years of age, with brown hair and light green eyes. SCP-XXXX features a pair of brown ears and a tail from the Vulpes vulpes species (Red Fox). SCP-XXXX has the ability to hide these features, allowing him to blend in with the general populous.
How SCP-XXXX does this and where the features end up is unknown.
A unanimous vote from the ethics committee has prohibited us from testing on SCP-XXXX in ways considered inhumane.
1023-A is not to be used to create Thaumiel class SCPs due to him not knowing he is under foundation surveillance

This is a list of 1023-A's abilities.
1. SCP-XXXX can manipulate individual atoms and even modify the atom's structure without causing an atomic detonation. SCP-XXXX can turn any atom into any element, including those not on the standard periodic table.
SCP-XXXX can manipulate these atoms and arrange them into any size of object desired. SCP-XXXX does have limitations with this ability, including: SCP-XXXX cannot create matter that did not already exist, therefore, SCP-XXXX cannot break the Law of Conservation of Energy, SCP-XXXX cannot create sentient organisms, but SCP-XXXX can create non-sentient organic mass. Finally, SCP-XXXX cannot constantly modify atoms, as the energy put into the manipulation is his own, forcing him to consume sustenance constantly when creating objects.
2. SCP-XXXX can manipulate weak-minded individuals, that similar to a "Jedi Mind Trick" from the famous Star Wars franchise by George ████. This ability cannot be used on any Foundation staff as all foundation staff are given resistance training to any memetic interference.
SCP-XXXX can also sense the mood and state-of-mind of any creature, foundation staff cannot avoid this ability as it is not direct memetic interference.
If at any time a new ability is known to the Site-XXXX surveillance team, it is to be brought directly to the Site Director, Director ████████.
