Special containment procedures :
Item SCP-5614 is to be kept in a Separate Room far away from any other Scp’s in the facility. In case of a containment breach SCP-5614 Must be immediately removed from the facility in its trailer equipped establishment. Then moved to its off site holding cell until all SCP’s are Contained successfully, to avoid conflict that could result in existential threats. SCP-5614’s cell must be cleaned 3 times a week. Including non-chemical (Organic) cleaner to avoid damage to SCP-5614 and result in ranged existential threats. Four persons, must be in the chamber with, SCP-5614 while under observation and or while cleaning the chamber. Two or more persons must keep direct eye contact with SCP-5614 while in the chamber. Keep direct contact with SCP-5614 while exiting the chamber as you are closing the door until it is shut and locked. Any wrong move may result in, personal endangerment and or ranged existential threats of the surrounding things and persons in and surrounding the facility within a 60 mile radius do to excessive amounts of radiation produced.

Origin of SCP-5614 was created when two other objects that violate Natural law that were under observation accidentally created SCP-5614. The Objects and persons were terminated do to the excessive amount of radiation that was put off at the birth of SCP-5614. Only SCP-5614 survived do to the discovered abilities it received at creation. SCP-5614 can barley be described because of the excessive deformities. We could not supply you with an image because it is very veil, and disturbing to look at.
SCP-5614 is a very violent and destructive Item as seen when one facility was eliminated along with anything or one within the approximate radius. Other than the fact that it can destroy an entire state, we have not taken the chance to discover any other abilities that this item is capable of because of how destructive it has already shown us. Using it’s many tentacle like mouths, when stressed can disperse a range of different amounts of toxic radiation as a self protection protocol.SCP-5614 can also use its tentacles to smash anything in its path as a destructive
endangerment. And we have been unsuccessful to terminate it because of the possibility of ranged or complete extinction of all life and things on earth along with Item-SCP-5614. To be continued…..
