Special Containment Procedures: object needs to be kept in a 2x2x2 diamond box that is locked with an iron padlock on all sides. this box must be switched then proceeded to be repaired daily. the box is to be kept in a 5x5 room made of diamond with a sealed door at all times no personnel is permitted to go into the room at any time.
in the case of a containment breach door must be boarded with 2 meter thick planks of tungsten to further prevent 6042 from escaping. in the event that 6042 does escape it must be tracked down by a squad of at least 10 people with proper hearing protection and armor.
Description: SCP 6042 is A furred entity that appears to have no eyes or ears. it also appears to have large arms and small legs. it has 5 claws on each arm but has no visible hands. its fur color is a deep yellow. its arms measure 0.75 meters and its legs measure 0.1 meters.
it can speak fluent English but if anyone is engaged in a conversation with it will become a * ** ** * ** ** * ** * [fig A]. it attacks freely and will crawl onto the victims neck and either bite or scratch and the victim will have the same effect of fig A. all things that are affected by SCP-6042 is re-classified as SCP 6042-b.
discovery SCP 6042 was discovered in [redacted],USA. it was found in the city [redacted] and when it was learned of a squad of 5 came to subdue it. after 10 more attempts the creature was finally captured.
