Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained on Site 93 within a lead-lined containment cell. The door uses a mechanical lock that cannot be effected by EMP or sound waves. Be cautious when opening the door to not make eye contact with SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX has speech capabilities, however they are limited to groans and screeches that act differently than normal sound waves. Avoid long periods of exposure to these noises without protection. Do not touch SCP-XXXX under any circumstance. Interact with SCP-XXXX only as much as required to reduce the possibility of contamination. The door of the containment cell must only be opened to remove the oxidized lead alloy that remains where SCP-XXXX has been in frequent contact with the floor, walls, and possibly ceiling, or for feeding and containment maintenance. Be aware that the containment cell is routed to a special ventilation system that filters radioactive particles from the air in the cell. On multiple occasions, SCP-XXXX has tried to erode the covering on the ventilation shaft. If SCP-XXXX is observed trying to escape through the ventilation shaft, report immediately to the on site Containment Team.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid entity that resembles a male. It is blind and has pearl white eyes that are only a few shades whiter than the hairless skin drawn tight around SCP-XXXX's thin frame. The cause of the blindness and malnourished appearance of SCP-XXXX is it's anomalous nature. It appears that the entity can manipulate energies. However, it is not known for certain whether these are different energies generated within SCP-XXXX or are simply manipulated around SCP-XXXX. What is known is that it is capable of directing them at a target with a ██% accuracy rate, despite being blind.

SCP-XXXX has demonstrated the ability to manipulate elemental particles, sound energy, and electrical energy. The humanoid appears to have no ability to determine which type of elemental particle it generates, but has shown an understanding of each type and what the particle can penetrate through. SCP-XXXX can use it's own voice to generate sound waves that have been reported by D-Class staff as "ear splitting and echoing" despite the recorded decibels only being between ██ and ██ decibels and the room where SCP-XXXX is contained being to small to cause an "echoing" effect. The final known anomalous effect SCP-XXXX has shown is the ability to manipulate electromagnetic fields and electrically operated machines. This is the reason for the door to it's containment cell being locked with a ████████████ and ████████████ alloy. Preventing SCP-XXXX from being able to escape.

The entity is quite docile, though it will make efforts to escape. SCP-XXXX will not engage with personnel unless provoked. SCP-XXXX will attack if made direct eye-contact with, touched, or conversed with. However, the stagnant radiation that emits from within or around SCP-XXXX is dangerous to unequipped personnel.
