Special Containment Procedures: Each part of SCP-3786 must be kept in the same three-meter by two-meter by two-meter cell. Each part must be separated from the other by a one-meter tall sheet of bulletproof glass every meter along the length of the chamber. The floor must be lined with AstroTurf™¹. The room must be completely soundproof. Cameras must not be able to transmit or record audio.

Description: SCP-3786 is comprised of three sculptures made of old car parts². The sculptures are a bird with an accordion³, a monkey⁴, and a pig⁵, all of which must be considered animate.

A Class-D personnel (ID: 6300714) was admitted into the section of the chamber in which SCP-3786-1 is housed. Exactly 3.7635 minutes after admittance 6300714 began to clutch the sides of their head and writhe on the ground (later analysis with a lip reader indicates that 6300714 was whispering "No… No… No… Make it stop… Stop… Make… Stop… It… Make"). Exactly 1.937 minutes after the episode, the cranium of 6300714 experienced combustion.

A Class-D personnel (ID: 6300725) was admitted into the section of the chamber in which SCP-3786-2 was housed. Exactly 10.7635 minutes after admittance 6300725 began to cry out in Hindi (according to our lip reader) “I am Azazel, destroyer of humanity, look upon me and tremble” whereupon 6300725 began to bleed from every orifice. SCP-3786-2 became animate and attempted to flee, it has been recaptured and placed in a maximum security cell at Site 81

A Class-D personnel (ID: 81084002) was admitted into the section of the chamber in which SCP-3786-3 is housed. Exactly 1.7635 minutes after admittance 81084002 began to walk slowly and calmly towards SCP-3462-3 (later analysis with a lip reader show they were saying "No… I'm not… Can't control… Stop"), during which the painted mouth of SCP-3786-3 opened to reveal an empty void. 81084002 entered the void, at which point SCP-3786-3 closed its mouth.

81084002 could not be recovered at this time.
