Special Containment Procedures: Scp-4xxx is to be held in a standard containment cell at Site 19. One (1) D-Class subject is to be placed in the containment cell weekly to read Scp-4092. The D-Class is to report what they see and hear upon completion of reading Scp-4092, and MTF Omega-45 ("Hunter-Gatherers") is to be dispatched to the location viewed by the D-Class. Any new phrases heard by D-Class personnel are to immediately be reported to Dr. Nihilan, and any unusual phenomena outside of what is ordinarily seen after reading Scp-4092. As of [Redacted], If Scp-4092-1 is viewed under any abnormal or extreme circumstances, as well as those involving violence or anomalous objects of any kind, MTF Omega-45's response is to cease and Procedure Everest-13 is to be enacted immediately, and civilians are to be removed from a one-hundred (100) mile radius around the previously viewed location. Description: SCP-4092 is a multi-page document, printed on non-anoimalous 8 1/2 x 11 HP-brand printer paper; however, the document itself hold numerous anomalous properties. It describes "Scp-5190", referred to as Scp-4092-1. Scp-4092 can be read by any being, human or otherwise, and the ability to read Scp-4092 is unaffected by literacy or known languages. Upon beginning to read the document, the reader will be compelled to finish the document. Upon finishing the document, the reader will be given an anomalous vision of Scp-4092-1. Scp-4092-1 is a man, 20-25 years of age, with thick white hair reaching down to its shoulders and vibrant purple-red eyes, standing at approximately 6'3". He wears a thin black coat reaching to mid-shin, a white tank-top, black full-length pants, and black combat boots, all composed of an unknown material. He also wears what appears to be a black facemask, covering his nose, mouth, and most of his cheeks. he carries a sword which resembles the [REDACTED] sword from [REDACTED], a popular video game released in 2011. SCP-4092-1 appears fully sapient, and when viewed after reading SCP-4092, will often appear to look directly at the reader; Whether it can visually see the reader or simply knows their location is unknown. After 3-18 seconds of SCP-4092-1 staring at the reader, a voice will be heard speaking in the reader's head; this is assumed to be SCP-4092-1. SCP-4092-1 will then utter one of three common phrases or two rarer phrases, with new phrases being given to anomalous or high-ranking personnel. SCP-4092 will then turn away from the reader, and the vision will end, and the reader will immediately tell the exact coordinates at which they saw SCP-4092-1, and provide a detailed description of the location.
