Special Containment Procedures:
Due to Scp-3482's nature containment is possible but accurate and precise locations are impossible to determine. SCP-3482 is to be kept in a modified 20x20x20 humanoid containment cell. The walls of the cell are to be a heavy industry insulator and no metallic objects are to enter the cell other than what is approved. A small coil 1 meter in radius is at the center of the cell and every day at 5:00 pm est the coil is charged with 100-watt-hours for 3 hours.
Description:
SCP-3482 is a female humanoid composed entirely out of a dynamic shape electrical field. Scp-3482 emits a yellow light due to the air being ionized around it. SCP-3482 requires no food or water but needs electrical power to sustain a living. Scp-3482 loses about 1 watt of its electrical potential every second of its life.
Scp-3482 retains the probability of an electron cloud which allows her to have a probability of being in more than 1 place at any given moment. Due to this ability, she can effectively teleport by shifting the probability of an instance of her in a different spot to up to 97.925%% at a specified location and then having the field colipase by interacting with 1 of the probabilities. Scp-3482 also can interact with electronics as a form of communication. Scp-3482 may submit a request for electronics at the researcher's approval.
Currently, SCP-3482 knows Spanish English German and has an E-book in her cell at its request that has a copy of "learning Italian" on it. Scp-3482 has shown to be reliable in test after a power failure. Scp-3482 at that time used her ability to interact with electronics to give the generator a small power surge until technical personal came to fix it. When asked why she surged it she replied: "I like it here". Scp-3482 has also never shown a desire to escape.
